Let's start with a few deep,

Long inhales,

And with every exhale,

Allow a draining down through the body,

Out through the feet,

And connecting with the earth below.

Feeling your feet firmly planted on the ground.

You can sense that you are supported,

You are resourced,

And you have everything you need in this moment.

As you feel the breath coming in,

Feel as if you are drawing on the resource of the earth,

Tenderly caring for this living being right here.

Breathing out,

We let go of tension,

Judgment,

And worry.

Feeling connected to earth,

We are connected to all beings.

Breathing in,

Feeling calm.

Breathing out,

Right here,

Right now.

Allow these cycles of breath to be like gentle,

Soothing waves.

Feel your body comforted,

Cared for.

Feel your heart gently massaged by every breath coming in and out,

And feel your mind settling in a place where words don't matter right now.

Giving yourself a moment of tender care,

Where we just allow everything to be just as it is,

Trusting that this breath,

This heart,

Is resilient enough to manage whatever may come.
