Hey there,
I'm Rev Skip,
And welcome to this guided experience focusing on gratitude.
The Seven Laws of Gratitude that I will share with you in this experience is a way for us to remember spiritual practices and principles.
If you're new to spiritual practices,
This is a great spiritual law to start with.
Gratitude is probably the most common spiritual practice that I use to help to shift my life.
We say thank you all the time.
We are taught to be gracious and to appreciate when someone does something for us.
But the spiritual law of gratitude happens no matter what.
It's like the physical law of gravity.
It happens no matter who you are.
Gratitude is the energy that helps to elevate our consciousness,
Our vibration,
And our energy.
If we are in a challenging time in our life,
Gratitude will help you to see infinite possibilities.
It will help you to shift from despair to light.
As the Course in Miracles teaches,
A miracle is moving from fear to love.
I believe that gratitude is one of the spiritual practices that we can activate instantaneously.
So let's get into a place where we can sit,
Be still,
And just listen.
Find your spot,
Your sacred space for meditation.
I invite you to go ahead and close your eyes and just follow your breath.
As I share these seven laws of gratitude,
I simply want you to open your mind.
Be willing to grab one spiritual nugget.
Maybe there's something that you're already doing.
Appreciate yourself for being in the practice of gratitude.
Let's begin.
Number one.
The more you're grateful for,
The more the universe gives you to be grateful.
Number two.
Happy people are not always grateful people.
But grateful people are happy people.
Number three.
Gratitude fosters forgiveness,
And forgiveness inspires gratitude.
When we are willing to forgive,
We become grateful for the experience because we have grown spiritually.
Number four.
When you're grateful,
You'll never need more than what you have.
Number five.
Gratitude is all-inclusive.
We become grateful for everything.
Number six.
A grateful mind never takes anything for granted.
Number seven.
Gratitude is all about the willingness to give back.
When we are grateful,
We see we have enough.
And when we have enough,
We're willing to give.
This is our acronym for gratitude.
Gee,
Grateful.
Be grateful for everything,
Desired or undesired.
It is all a part of your divine experience.
Everything works for our highest good,
For our spiritual growth.
R,
Reminder.
Give yourself every chance you get to be grateful.
A,
Attitude.
Gratitude is an attitude,
A human mindset.
It is a choice to be grateful.
T,
Take time to thank others for everything.
The little things,
The big things.
Take the time to thank others.
I,
Ignite.
Ignite a gratitude culture.
Inspire others to be grateful.
It's not what you say,
It's how you live.
T,
Transformation.
The outcome of gratitude will be a transformational experience.
You,
Unity.
Gratitude unifies everyone.
The next time you are in a challenging situation or conversation with someone else,
Thank them for being there and watch the energy shift.
D,
Divine quality.
Gratitude just is.
It exists at any time.
E,
Empowerment.
Gratitude will empower you to do anything and everything.
So just take a breath.
I speak this word of gratitude.
I am so grateful for each and every person who has listened to this meditation.
So grateful to know that the one power,
The one presence,
The one mind that I call the universe is gratitude.
I'm blessing each and every person with a life full of Thanksgiving,
A life full of gratitude,
The activation of these laws within their life.
And as we transform our experience,
Others will be transformed as well.
I am so grateful to release this word into the law,
This experience into the law of existence and manifestation.
And so it is.
Amen.
So slowly bring your awareness back into this space.
Slowly open up your eyes and give thanks for your gratitude experience.
I'm Rev Skip and remember transformation is a choice.
Be well and be blessed.
Namaste.
