During this meditation,
I will take you on a journey to meet your spirit team.
As your body settles,
I invite you to close your eyes and bring awareness to your breathing.
Know there's your breath coming in and the breath going out.
Follow your breath with your awareness and start to deepen your breath.
Follow the breath all the way in and all the way out.
Not trying to change it in any way.
Just breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in,
Feeling the breath as it enters through your nostrils.
Breathing out,
Feeling the breath as it leaves your nostrils.
Do you notice a difference in temperature?
Keeping your awareness lightly and gently on your breath.
Gently in the present moment.
If you find yourself distracted by thoughts or noise,
Simply notice your mind wandering.
Acknowledge the thoughts without judgment and let them go.
Let them drift away like a cloud floating across the sky.
Bringing your awareness back to your breath,
Back to the present moment.
Your breath is an anchor you can return to over and over again when you become distracted.
In your mind,
Repeat after me.
Breathing in,
I acknowledge my thoughts.
Breathing out,
I let them go.
Take a moment here to notice how you're feeling.
Your body,
Your mind,
And your spirit.
Do you feel any tension in your body?
What's the distraction going on in your mind?
How does your spirit feel?
Find if you like before we set out on our journey.
Offer gratitude for this time you're taking for yourself.
The time to be quiet,
To breathe,
And to go on a journey to connect with your spirit loved ones who are excited to welcome you home.
Now that you're relaxed and in tune with your breath,
Envision a bright white light in the center of your body.
Feel a warm,
Tingling sensation as this light slowly grows and expands with each continued breath.
The light slowly fills your torso,
Your shoulders,
Travels down your arms and hands,
Up your neck,
To your head,
And down to your hips,
Your legs,
And your feet,
Until your entire body is engulfed by this bright white and warm light.
With each continued breath,
The light expands outward,
Creating a light-filled sphere a few feet beyond your body.
Now take a moment to bask in this light and notice how you're feeling.
Your body,
Your mind,
And your spirit.
Feel the warm and gentle power of this light.
Invite it to remove anything that is weighing you down.
Ask this light to clear your energy so you can set out to meet with your spirit team who was already anxiously awaiting you.
Take these next few moments and visualize this light clearing your energy.
Your energy is now cleared and charged with this warm and gentle power.
And with your next breath,
Start to extend your awareness upward toward the night sky.
The moon is bright and glowing and the stars are sparkling.
Your attention is drawn to one star in particular.
It shines much brighter than the rest and you feel called to move toward it.
And so you decide to head out on a journey.
And as you move closer to the edge of the Earth's atmosphere,
You slowly move beyond it and you instantly feel weightless leaving your physical body and gravity behind.
And you become aware of what is left.
Only the weight of your soul.
You're now weightlessly floating as a body of light.
Even closer to that bright star that is calling you.
You notice the vastness and the silence of space.
And the closer you get to that bright star that is calling you,
The more excited you become to reunite with your loved ones.
And from a distance,
You can start to see a portal opening with the bright light of the star and it is inviting you in.
And as you get closer,
You start to recognize some familiar faces and you feel their love pouring out toward you.
With your loved ones waiting to welcome you home.
You are now just feet away,
Then slowly entering through that portal of light.
You have arrived and you're overcome with emotion.
You feel held,
Supported and loved.
You feel home.
Take a look around.
Who's here to greet you?
How many solos do you see or feel?
Do you recognize someone's voice?
Is there a familiar scent?
Take a moment to really arrive here and greet those that have shown up for you.
Your loved ones know that you have made this journey home to reflect on your soul's incarnation.
And they're here to help provide loving guidance.
Ask them to sit with you as you reflect.
Ask them to help you surrender your fears,
Worries and doubts.
Take the next couple of minutes to commune with your spirit team.
Ask them for guidance and support in the areas where you need it the most.
Tune into all your senses to receive your guidance.
It is now time to end your conversations and say your goodbyes.
Filled with new insights,
Love and gratitude,
You set out on a journey back to your earthly home.
You move through the night sky and slowly enter through the outer layer of the Earth's atmosphere.
And in your mind,
Repeat after me.
Breathing in,
I'm entering my body.
Breathing out,
I give in to gravity.
And as we bring this meditation to an end,
Keeping your eyes closed for just a little while longer,
Take a moment to notice how you're feeling.
Your body,
Your mind and your spirit.
Now slowly come back into your space.
Become aware of the weight of your body being supported.
And start to bring movement back to your toes and your fingers.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And in your mind,
Repeat after me.
Breathing in,
I'm back on solid ground.
Breathing out,
I'm grounded.
Whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Breathing in,
I'm back on solid ground.
Breathing out,
I'm back on solid ground.
