Transcript

Start by taking some nice deep breaths in through your nose,

Out through your nose.

I want you to imagine that you're laid down,

Head down,

Face down on a massage table.

And the massage table is on the grass.

And you're outside and there's a slight breeze.

And the ocean is right there.

I want you to start to notice what you sense around you.

And every time you breathe out,

You're just going to start to drop into a new place of inner peace and relaxation.

And now I want you to think about somebody who you would feel safe to massage you.

And I want you to think about this person who you know has amazing energy.

Bring them into your awareness.

This could be anybody.

And I want you to imagine that they're still over you right now.

And as the hands touch your back,

You can feel the energy coming through their hands.

And now your shoulders and your neck just from the touch starts to feel more calm.

And now as the thumbs press right into your neck,

You start to feel more alive.

As you can start to sense the pressure.

And now you can start to feel the palm and the pressure of the palms of their hands pushing into the back of your neck.

Breathe nice and deep in through the nose,

Out through the nose.

And now you start to feel the force of the thumb right into that place on your back where you feel that knot and that tightness.

Now you start to feel the pressure even more so just in that perfect area.

It just starts to free up that tension.

What's most important is you feel the intention from this person,

Their loving presence,

Their loving energy just passing through all of that energy to you.

And now they place their hands and their fingertips right on the top of your head.

And they just add a slight bit of pressure.

You're just starting to feel this very subtle energy,

The energy starts to go all the way down through your neck,

Down over your shoulders.

And now it starts to run all through your body.

And as it drops down through your body,

Every time you breathe out,

You're getting calmer,

You're feeling more in a peace and you're starting to let go.

And now you're starting to feel the energy just passing through all of that energy.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And now you're starting to feel the energy just passing through all of that energy.
