So close your eyes and we're going to take a trip to Nepal,
The mountains of Nepal.
And as you start to breathe in a relaxed manner,
Just start to feel the sensations in your body.
And just understand that we can picture something,
We can sense something,
Even though we're not there.
And so now as you start to feel the sensations in your shoulders and in your back,
I want you to picture a scene in your mind's eye of these beautiful mountains and you're sat at the top of one of these mountains and below in the distance you can see the villages.
But there you are with this beautiful scenery,
There's no one around.
And it's in the space of nature that we have awareness and self-awareness and it's in these times that some of our best ideas come to life.
And as you start to slow down in this moment and relax,
What do you feel at the top of this mountain?
Is it tranquility?
Is it peace?
What do you notice as you scan the scenery around you?
Just notice how beautiful it is here in this present moment as your body starts to relax even more into the calmness and the settledness of the present moment.
And sometimes that idea drops in from nowhere but in order for us to get to nowhere we need to quieten down the mind by coming into the space of the heart.
And so when you're ready,
I want you to focus on your heart and the gift of the beat of your heart.
Just notice what happens to your body as you focus there.
And allow everything to fall away.
Start to expand yourself into a new level of depth.
Allow the music to take you to a place that's guiding you from the vibration of the music.
Allow yourself to let go even more as the track deepens.
Notice every detail in the music.
And as I count from 10 to 1 you're just going to drop deeper and deeper into a nothingness.
And it's in that nothingness that suddenly magic can happen.

And just start to notice the difference in your body.
Now gratitude for where you are at the top of this mountain that you've reached this place.
Feel it all.
Read it in.
Just start to breathe a little deeper now.
And as you breathe in deeper you feel more grounded,
More centered in yourself.
More and more starts to fall away.
The tenseness,
The frustration,
If there's any stress you're losing it all.
It's all just dripping away.
And you're just going to start to access that creative part of you by letting go.
I want you to focus on your heart again.
I want you to feel yourself filling up from your heart space with light and energy and it starts to emanate your entire being.
And I'm going to leave you for the rest of the track and allow you to fall into,
To drop into this space of nothingness.
