So close your eyes.
Begin by taking a deep breath in and hold it for five seconds.
Pause for five seconds.
Exhale and relax.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold it for five seconds.
And breathe out.
And every time you breathe out,
You're going to say to yourself,
I have relaxed now.
Breathe in for five seconds.
Hold for five seconds.
And relax for five seconds.
And what's interesting is that every time we get stressed,
Maybe something happens in your business or an employee,
Then it changes your breathing.
And so we need to remember that we can change our breathing to impact our levels of stress.
So whenever you become stressed in the future,
You can go to your breath.
And every time you breathe in,
Every time you breathe out,
You're going to feel a wave of relaxation sweep over you.
As we're starting to quiet down the mind and bring you into the space of your heart.
And now I'd like you to focus on the sensations in your head.
So focus on the top of your head right now.
And just notice how the top of your head feels.
And now move down to your eyes.
And notice how your eyes feel and ask your eyes to relax even more.
Notice how the back of your head feels.
Is there any tension there?
It's really important to start to notice the areas of your body where the tension builds up.
And sometimes it can be in the strangest of places.
Now let's focus and move to your nose.
Breathe in and out naturally.
When you breathe in,
Imagine that you're being filled with calmness.
And when you breathe out,
Your body starts to feel even more relaxed.
You're doing great.
Now focus on your ears.
And notice how they feel.
Try to notice every single noise.
Notice the details.
Notice the sound of my voice and the pause is in between my words.
And from here forward,
You just hear my voice guiding you slowly.
All of the sounds passing through as you move into this deeper state of relaxation.
Now focus on your mouth.
How does that feel?
What do you notice?
Can you sense the flavor of something that you recently tasted?
Perhaps you can imagine biting into a fresh slice of lemon.
And you notice how your mouth waters.
Very good.
And now move focused down to your neck.
And if there's any tension there,
Just ask for it to release a little.
Now focus on your shoulders.
Move your attention slowly going down each arm all the way to your fingertips.
Feel the energy through your fingertips.
Good.
Now allow your focus to go to your chest,
Relaxing this area as well as your upper back.
And once again,
If you notice any tension,
Just ask it to slightly release a little.
And now as you start to move into the place of your heart,
As you feel that beating supporting you,
Just relax that area and your lungs.
And have gratitude for your heart and your lungs keeping you alive right now.
Now into your digestive system,
Stomach,
Your belly,
Just go into appreciation of how that's working for you.
Now notice your lower back and your pelvis and your hips.
And as you're starting to notice these different areas,
You're just going deeper and deeper into relaxation calm.
Having this moment for you to bring you into the present moment.
And now down to your legs,
Taking you to so many places now it's time for them to relax.
Notice this wave of relaxation moving down to your knees,
Lower legs all the way to your feet.
Good,
You're doing great.
And now that you have relaxed your body,
I'm going to count down from 10 down to one.
And every time the number goes down,
Your conscious mind is going to help to relax you.
Letting go of any beliefs,
Any stresses,
Worries that are holding you back from being at your best self.
Because your business requires you to be at your best.
So imagine you're standing at the top of a set of stairs.
And every time you walk down a step,
Calmer,
More relaxed,
More grounded,
More centered,
You feel as you go down each step,
More solid,
More confident within yourself.

Every day,
