Feel it in your body.

Find a comfortable position.

You can sit or lie down comfortably.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

Allow your body to soften with each exhale.

Bring your mind to the desire you clarified yesterday,

And now shifting from merely thinking about it to feeling it in every cell of your system.

Imagine the sensation as energy moving within your body.

Where can you feel it?

Your chest?

Your belly?

Your heart?

Perhaps your hands?

Your feet?

Letting the energy move without judgment.

Take a deep breath and draw that feeling deeper into your body.

Radiate it outward like a warm move freely,

Without limitations.

Unrestricted.

Imagine it filling your cells,

Spreading through every muscle,

Every fiber of your being.

And notice how your body responds to this energy.

Does your posture shift?

Do you feel tingling,

Warmth,

Or expansion?

Let the sensation grow naturally.

Let it flow without forcing it.

Now,

Visualize a sphere of light around you.

Each breath makes the light brighter and larger.

Feel gratitude,

As if this desire is already yours.

Allow a smile to soften your face,

Even if just slightly,

As your body embodies the joy of being alive.

As your mind drifts,

Gently bring it back to the physical sensations.

Notice the rising and falling of your chest,

The energy of your desire moving through the body.

Now silently affirm,

I feel it fully.

I allow this joy to fill me up.

I am aligned with my desires.

Now silently affirm,

I feel it fully.

I allow this joy to fill me.

I am aligned with my desires.

Let's take three deep breaths,

Letting the feeling of abundance settle deeply into your body.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings,

Carrying this vibrant energy with you into your day.
