Hello and welcome to this restorative reset process.
My name is Simone and today we are going to do the three breath meditation.
For the moment just breathe freely as we start to think of what our breath means to us.
It is our life.
It is our communication with the air.
It is the space where we rejuvenate and fill our bodies with oxygen and invigorate our minds and fill our bodies with air.
Breathe freely as I speak these words and then at the sound of the bell we are going to take three deep breaths together.
Counting in,
Holding the breath and then letting it go.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out.
Last one.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out.
With a deep sigh we now welcome ourselves to the beginning of a new day,
To the reset in a beautiful afternoon,
Nighttime or wherever you find yourself listening to this.
Remember this practice.
You may use this as many times as you want in order to reset your mind,
Reset your spirit and come back to center.
