Hello and welcome to this collective and timeless tarot or oracle reading.

The first card that we drew today is the ace of cups and it's come in in the reverse position.
Whenever I see any card in the reverse position I know that it's a card that is going to bring us either the opposite meaning or to really highlight the importance of the energy of this card.
What does it want to tell us today about anxiety?
Well it wants to tell us about the attention to the small emotions that we have throughout the day.
Are we paying attention to them?
When we feel a sudden wave of sadness do we focus on that sadness or do we distract ourselves push it down or turn our faces away from focusing on it?
These small emotions as is understood by the fact that it's the ace which is the beginning of the suit and the fact that is the cups which very clearly represent emotion show us that not paying attention to those small emotions as they come up during the day is one of the ways in which anxiety builds upon itself.
This is one of the ways in which anxiety can take hold of us when we're not paying attention to those small emotions.
So wherever you feel them and whenever you feel them try your best to pay at least a little bit more attention to them in the few next weeks and if you feel a sudden sadness just breathe through it and wherever you are you can actually leave the sadness there.
So if you were in the bathroom brushing your teeth just feel through the sadness and go ahead and leave it in the bathroom there.
You don't have to carry it with you throughout the rest of the day.
So as these words are coming to you I'd like to invite you to take another deep breath this time placing your hand on your heart or imagining that you're placing your hand on your heart.
Breathe in and breathe out and find yourself feeling that space where emotions come in sometimes.

She has come to us today in her reverse position indicating that she really wants us to pay attention and listen to her message today.

So much of our lives are wrapped up in social media,

In the radio,

And she reminds us today that we're much more sensitive than that.
Our bodies and psyches were created from the very earth and sometimes those sweet constructions,
Our bodies need us to defend them against the onslaught of masculine hyper technological energy.
We need kindness and sweetness to ourselves.
And she reminds us to protect our bodies as she would her realm.
She begs us to burn fire to anything that does not need to be here.
To set fire to the things that wish to harm those bodies that we have so perfectly designed to live in.
Feel today what the top of your head feels like.
What your ears and your throat feel like.
