Welcome to this guided meditation for relaxation and attracting abundance and love.
We first start with a body scan,
Helping the dusk in our mind settle down,
Finding your inner calmness and inner peace.
So when you're ready,
Find yourself in a comfortable seat or lying down position if that is what you prefer right now.
There's nothing to do and nowhere to go.
Trust that you have this time that you carved out for yourself and trust that this time is well spent since you're filling your own cup.
Now I invite you to set an intention formulated positively and in present tense.
For example,
I am calm and fulfilled.
I am relaxed and receiving love.
When you've decided,
State it three times in your mind.
Now we're going to start with the body scan.
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Notice what is there and let it relax.
Stay down to your forehead,
Just noticing.
Down to your ears,
Let them relax.
Your eyes sink deeper,
Your cheekbones,
Nose relaxing.
Notice your mouth,
Your lips,
Your tongue.
Let your jaw sink down towards your neck,
Releasing any tension.
Notice your breath and let it flow freely.
With each exhale,
Feeling more relaxed and present.
Move your awareness to the back of your neck,
Mentally relaxing this space.
Feel your shoulders fall down and back,
Getting heavier.
All the tension you carry,
Releasing with every exhale more and more.
Move your awareness to your chest,
The inside of your chest,
To your ribs,
Your left ribs.
Let them sink down towards your left hip,
Your right ribs.
Let them sink down to your right hip,
Relaxing your upper body.
Now move your awareness to your right thumb,
Right wrist,
Right forearm,
Your right arm.
Move your heavy right arm.
Move your awareness to your left thumb,
Left wrist,
Left forearm,
Your left heavy arm.
Notice your pelvis,
Your pelvic floor,
Your hips,
Hip sockets,
Your right thigh,
Your left thigh,
Your right calf and your left calf,
Right ankle,
Your entire right leg,
Heavy right leg.
Notice your left calf,
Notice your left foot,
Your left leg.
Notice now on your chest,
The inside of your chest area.
Here you can thank your heart for beating,
For nurturing all parts of your body with blood.
Just put your awareness on the inside of your chest area.
Think of a person you love wholeheartedly while remaining the awareness on the inside of your chest.
Once you have decided what person you want to think of,
Picture the person you love smiling and laughing.
Feel your heart expanding or swelling or just notice how the inside of your chest area feels when you think of someone that you love.
Redirect the love you feel back towards your heart and remain in this space.
You are one dot of awareness in the whole cosmos right now.
You can expand as much as you like.
Expand the awareness and the feeling of love over your entire body while remaining to be the start of loving awareness.
You can visualize the love as a white light or golden light,
Green light,
Whatever suits you.
You can think of it as your blood.
Imagine your heart pumping the love all throughout your body.
You deserve the love you give so freely to others.
Now mentally state the affirmation that you chose at the beginning of this meditation to yourself again three times.
Slowly come back to your body,
To your senses.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes and continue on.
