Hello,

My name is Sienna and welcome to your embodied inquiry meditation.

This is a meditation to turn to any time you notice you are trapped in the mind and beyond.

Head in the future or ruminating in the past,

This is your opportunity to return to the present,

Take up full residency in your body.

An embodied state is an awakened one,

So drop now into pure somatic awareness.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Fill up,

Slow sigh out through the mouth,

Let go.

Bringing your awareness now down to your sit bones and all the parts of your body that touch the surface of the earth beneath you.

Feel how you are supported,

How you are held.

Anchoring your energy down into your root,

Your connection with the earth.

Guiding your awareness all the way up the spine into the face.

Notice any clenching or holding here.

See if you can soften through your jaw,

Gently parting your teeth.

Softening the space between your eyebrows,

Releasing the wrinkles of the mind.

Allow your eyes to melt down and back like ice cubes melting into warm water.

Softening through the shoulders,

Letting go of all the pressure you've been carrying on here.

As you release the weight of the world on your shoulders,

Just allow your heart to expand,

Your chest to open.

Bring your awareness now down into the belly,

Allowing it to become soft,

Supple,

Receptive,

Like a little butter belly.

With every inhale,

Drawing in the energy of the universe around you.

With every exhale,

Letting go of what doesn't serve.

Remembering that every breath is a fresh opportunity to start again.

Bringing your awareness now to your full physical body.

Taking up space in your chosen chariot,

This avatar that is perfectly created for you to fulfill your soul's purpose in this lifetime.

Allowing your awareness to radiate outwards now,

Beyond your physical body into your auric field,

The space around you.

Allow this full body awareness to bring you to the beautiful remembrance that you are whole,

That you are at home in your body,

That you belong in this space.

You are perfect,

Exactly as you are in this moment.

Breathing into this natural state of just being for a few moments longer now.

Visualize yourself dropping a golden anchor now into this space you have discovered within yourself,

Knowing this is always available to you as you step back out into the world.
