As you exhale,
Release it all,
Allowing it to be dissipated.
There is nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do,
Just this,
Just you.
Now before you nourish yourself with your first sip or your first bite,
Remember,
You are not just eating,
You are receiving.
Receiving nourishment,
Energy and care.
