Sacral Chakra Meditation

A meditation practice to work with your sacral chakra where we re-ignite the life force energy. This meditation helps you to find the lost spark and revive your relationship to joy, pleasure, sensuality and creativity. If you're feeling dull, stuck in a slump or blocked, this is the perfect meditation to bring that inner radiance back. If you're a manifesting generator or generator, this is also a wonderful practice to tune into your energy.

Hello beautiful souls, I'm Shivani and today I'm guiding you through a practice that helps and supports your sacral chakra to reignite again, To activate and to open up to its regenerative life force energy. Our sacral chakra or sacral energy center is the second energy center in our chakra system and it is responsible for the delight, The joy, The pleasure that we feel in our life, The aliveness that we feel in our experience on this earth. With this meditation we are coming back into our bodies to experience and to listen to the intuitive guidance of the sacral chakra to remember what it feels like to be alive, To make decisions that are in alignment with our joy, With our guts, With our pleasure. So please find yourself seated in a comfortable space. It would be nice to have your favorite blankets, Your cushions and pillows surrounding you as this is a more sensory experience. If you would like you can also get yourself some tea or a favorite chocolate to treat yourself post this meditation. As you find yourself seated, Feel the surface beneath you, Feel the texture that is in contact with your skin. Is it rugged? Is it soft? Is it rough? Is it slippery or silky? Or is it warm and cozy? Feel the sensations that are present in your lower body today, Your legs, Your feet, Your hips, Your thighs, Your lower back. Feel into this aliveness that is present in this part of your body. We tend to be very much present in our heads and very less present in our bodies and so this is an opportunity to tune into what's present here. Let's wake up our sacral with some subtle moments. So perhaps you would want to have a rotation of hip circle on your spine as you breathe in and breathe out. We'll do a round of seven hip circles. You can do it clockwise or anticlockwise but try to coordinate this with your breath. Breathe in. Breathe out. And keep taking those slow, Big or small, Delicious hip circles as you wake this dormant energy. Breathe deeper. And try this time to exhale with a sound through your throat. It's okay if your breaths are not deeper. Allow them to get deeper with each inhale and exhale. Breathe deep into your belly this time and feel how your belly rises and falls like the ocean tides. Visualize the ocean tides roaring up as you breathe in, As your belly rises and crashing on the shore as your belly falls as you exhale it all out. You can stop the hip circles and focus on the ocean tides, The glorious evening ocean tides roaring up on your exhale, Inhale and crashing on the shore on the exhale. Feel yourself one with the ocean and visualize yourself entering the ocean, Feeling the water on your skin permeating through the skin, The cells, The tissues, The muscles. Feel yourself one with the water, The water within you and the water outside of you, Unless there is no barrier and it's just water. Feel how does it feel to become one with the water, Its flow, Its fluidity, Its transparency, Its beautiful, Cooling, Healing energy. Feel this water bringing you to life. Feel this water spinning your sacral chakra, Activating it and waking it up after a deep slumber until it finds its own pace, Like a turbine. Feel the water waking your sacral. Breathe in and breathe out. Feel this electric energy generating, Life force energy flowing through your body like electricity, Like current, Charging you up, Waking you up, Filling you with life, With energy. As you find yourself feeling recharged and reawakened, Invite in the hues of orange. Bask in the warm orange golden sunset. Feel the citrusy zest of the orange fruit or the peaches exploding on your taste buds or the magic of saffron dunk in a glass of milk, Transforming the white into its luscious yellow and orange. Unwrap the orange lice-like lollies from your childhood and drink its coolness. The warmth of orange in the flame lit by a candle on a dark moon, The melancholy and the crisp of the autumn leaves, The birth of something new in fresh orange lilies, The luscious honey dripping, Its viscosity reminding you of your own deliciousness, The starfish spreading its five ends far and wide, Reminding you that you're allowed to take space, Reminding you that there are infinite possibilities, The beautiful monarch butterfly reminding you how it feels to be free and to be full, To be in your expression, The smell of the marigold flowers. Life present all around you, The rich exuberance and pleasure of this sacral chakra is present. At all times, You are deserving, You're worthy, You're a force of creativity. You are sensual, You're playful, You are radiant, You're joy, You're passionate, You're creative, You're sexy, You deserve the pleasures, You deserve to feel good. Feel yourself expanding into these affirmations and into the hues of orange, Into the possibilities of what it feels like to live life wholly, Experiencing the whole of every moment. See yourself immersed in the orange, The luxury, Savoring peaches on your taste buds on a winter afternoon sitting in the sun, The one moment expanded through infinity. You're worthy of this luxury every single day, The luxury of slowing down and living life for what it was meant to be in delight, In joy, In pleasure. May you remember the sensation today and forever. May you remember these reminders today and forever. May a sacral lead you and open you to a life that you truly deserve. Thank you for being here.
