Mental Clarity - Reconnection

There is an inner flame burning, a desire to reconnect. I can see it in the eyes of humans I do not even know. We are a generation moving at a rapid pace, addicted to instant gratification. There are so many distractions, pulling us away from our inner worlds. There is no surprise mental disorders are on the rise. Maybe the solution is to slow down, find our tempo in the chaos, and dance, or perhaps standstill with our eyes closed and observe. Maybe we should ask ourselves, what is missing?
