I invite you to get yourself into a comfortable position that may be seated or lying down and connecting with your breath.

We'll begin by taking three deep breaths.

So exhale,

Then taking an inhale through the nose,

Filling up the lungs and the belly and then exhaling fully,

Allowing all the air to exit the lungs in the body.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling fully.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling fully.

This may be used as a guided meditation or journal prompt.

So you may choose to just simply listen and allow the responses to come into the mind and be felt within the body or you may choose to journal.

Either is completely acceptable in this space,

So do what comes intuitively to you.

If you are writing,

I invite you to allow the message to come through as a guided message and keeping your eyes soft as you receive.

Now as I speak through,

You can pause,

You can allow the response to marinade or you can just listen and allow it to just flow.

So firstly,

What fears or beliefs are coming up around receivership and charging for this offering?

Let them pour out without judgment,

Just witness what's present.

Where do you think these beliefs came from?

Are they inherited from family,

Society,

Old patterns of overgiving or past experiences?

What is the deeper truth you now know about the value of your time,

Energy and gifts?

Connect back to how you work,

How your work actually transform lives even in subtle,

Soulful ways.

How have you already invested in your own joy,

Healing or growth?

Reflect on programs,

Books,

Coaches or experience,

Experiences you've said yes to.

How did it feel to invest in yourself?

If your inner child was watching you,

What would you want to model about self-worth,

Joy and asking for what you deserve?

Speak to them as the loving guide you are.

How does it feel to imagine a human being transformed through your offering?

Picture the laughter,

The deeper connection,

The peace and write as if you've already witnessed it happen.

And finally,

Complete the sentence with a powerful,

Soul-aligned truth you want to embody.

Today I choose to believe that.

So I'll repeat that.

Today I choose to believe that.

Perhaps it's something along the lines of,

I choose to believe that the right people would joyfully pay for the value I bring.

I choose to believe that I am worthy.

I am worthy of receiving.

I'm worthy of receiving love.

I'm worthy of receiving abundance,

Whatever it may be.

And then to close,

We'll place one hand on our heart,

One hand on our womb space or our belly and we'll complete with three deep breaths.

And on your exhale I invite you to sigh out,

Releasing the body,

Allowing the body to become heavy and relaxed.

So inhaling in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Continue with two more.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling fully,

One last breath.

Inhaling fully,

Exhaling completely.
