Transcript

Our fall is a potent time of taking inventory,

Reassessing and cleaning up what needs to be tended to.

It's a time where we have our brilliant flashes of insight and awareness,

Our heightened intuition,

And an enhanced access to our subconscious that allows us wisdom that can help us shift our perceptions,

Realizations,

And truly problem-solve from the deep inner knowing.

It's that moment of magically pulling ideas out of nowhere.

As we unfold into the energy of the fall,

I invite you to begin today's journey by finding a comfortable seated position and gently closing your eyes.

As we settle into this spot,

Begin to notice the rhythm of your breath,

Allowing the breath to prepare our mind so that we can go into a visualization practice today.

Big breath in,

Big breath out.

In the mind's eye,

Imagine you are holding a small piece of paper.

On this paper,

I invite you with your mind to imagine that you are writing down one thing that you know that deep within you,

You need to release at the end of this cycle.

Maybe this is a thought,

A person,

A moment.

Maybe it is something that you need to just put away on a shelf temporarily,

Or maybe it needs to fully be let go of.

But for now,

Not worrying about the details,

Keep it simple and just write that one thing that instantly comes to the mind and the heart.

Maybe this is just a short sentence or just a few words,

Or perhaps just one encompassing word.

Once you can begin to visualize your statement,

Your word,

Your sentence,

See it wrote down,

And then feel that paper just nestle into the palm of your right hand as if your right hand is a bowl,

Holding this thought,

This memory,

These words.

Bring your left hand to either rest on your womb or on your heart.

Listen to where your intuition guides that left hand.

Take a breath in and just feel the presence,

This presence of what you're releasing in the bowl of your right hand,

The warmth of the left hand connected to your body.

Feel it being acknowledged.

And then feel into what is the gift or the wisdom that this moment,

This person,

This thing I am releasing has brought to my life in some capacity,

Big or small.

Feel that wisdom or that gift saying a very compassionate thank you,

Breathing it in and then audibly breathing it out.

With your eyes remaining close,

Begin to envision that there is a sacred box sitting right out in front of you,

Right out within your arm's reach,

Your very own special sacred box in front of you.

Notice the color of this box.

Notice its size,

Its shape.

Notice if there are any markings or carvings,

Words or symbols.

This sacred box is your special memory box.

A place for you to store the things you wish to release.

The memories that you were done with.

The thoughts that you need to break free from.

This box is special and magic.

This is the connection to you.

A connection to your inner knowing your wisdom,

Your intuition.

All the memories,

Thoughts and notes.

Images that you place in this box are safely held.

Once they've been placed in this box,

You trust that you can direct if they need to be released forever.

Or just held until you're ready to revisit them again.

So with this box out in front of you,

I invite you to take your left hand,

Run it along the ledge,

Feeling the grooves and the notches,

The carvings,

The words.

And then gently lifting the lid to this box.

Gently with intention,

Place the note that you hold in your right hand into the sacred box.

As you place this note in the box,

Maybe you say farewell.

Maybe you lovingly release it,

Knowing that you will come back to it another day.

Do whatever feels significant as a ritual for you to let go,

To release this thing that needs to be released this cycle.

As you place this piece of paper in the box,

Saying your farewells,

Creating your ritual,

And then slowly beginning to close the lid to the box.

Placing both hands on the lid,

Take a deep breath into the womb.

An audible exhale out,

Just releasing that energy,

Freeing your body,

Freeing your mind,

Freeing your psyche.

And when you're ready,

Beginning to place a sacred lock on the box to seal it,

To keep its content safe,

To keep it just for you.

With the box locked,

Take the key for the lock and place it in the compartment of your heart,

Trusting that the key will be there for whenever you need to reopen the box,

To re-evaluate the content,

To sort through,

Tending to what needs to be tended and releasing to what needs to be released.

Knowing and trusting that your intuition will always guide you to the best course of action for you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Allow the breath,

The flow of that inhale and the flow of the outhale.

Allow it to relieve you.

Allow it to release.

Feeling that relief wash over your skin,

Your aura,

Freeing your heart and your womb,

Cleansing and clearing your mind.

And then allowing your inner knowing and intuition.

Know that you are ready to receive the wisdom as it feels it will be helpful to you.

Knowing that all the answers that we are seeking lie in the wisdom of our fall.

The wisdom of this heightened intuition.

And the magic of the fall.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Without words let the inner knowing wash over you.

That what is to be will be shown to you as you are now open to receive the signs,

The nudges.

Any way that your intuition wishes to talk to you.

Big breath in,

Big breath out.

Now in your mind's eye place your box in a safe place.

Maybe on a shelf.

Maybe next to you.

Wherever it feels called to place.

And then place one hand over your womb and one hand over your heart.

Taking another deep breath in and as you exhale,

Slowly allow your eyes to blink open as you come back into this moment,

Into your day,

Into the magical wisdom of your fall.
