Finding a place to rest for a while,

Ideally laying on the earth itself,

Or the ground,

Or a bed,

Or a couch.

Allowing the earth,

Or the ground,

Or the bed to completely support you.

Gently close your eyes and begin breathing into the back of your heart,

The back of your lungs,

And the back of your body.

As if you are breathing into the ground itself.

Breathe.

Exhale.

Breathe.

Exhale.

Winter is a time for deep surrender,

A time of trust in letting go.

Knowing and believing that if we choose to release and be in our fullest being state,

That our body will unwind and surrender in the most beautiful way.

Breathe.

Exhale.

Breathe.

Exhale.

As you deepen this connection to surrender,

Completely safe and protected,

You feel a deeper connection to your body,

A deeper connection to your womb.

And as you breathe down into your womb,

You feel your womb space expand.

And then you feel it calmly letting go,

Letting go of guilt,

Letting go of shame,

Letting go of feeling the need to do.

You feel your breath deepening this connection,

Reaffirming the power of being.

Being without desire,

Being without expecting,

Being for the sake of a connection to you.

Breathe and release.

Breathe and come back to the home of your inner knowing.

Breathe into the trust that you can pause in this moment and allow the Great Mother to hold you.

Feel the effortless rhythm of life.

Breathe and surrender into your rhythm.

Breathe and acknowledge what your womb is needing.

Breathe and trust in the process of release.

Drink in the healing powers of surrender.
