With your help, I envisioned myself breathing THROUGH the emotions, airing them out and cleansing them. This helped until I got to the clogged and painful loneliness, which broke me down into tears. I am starved for connection, for closeness. I am not yet happy alone, and I must achieve that before reaching out so desperately for something outside myself for happiness.
