This guided meditation,
Which is a transmission,
Which I just call it that it uses the architecture of your natural state,
Which is the deep,
Deep primordial ground of absolute,
Total silence.
The womb of all creation without exception.
And then it moves because its very act is to recreate the delight in creating itself over and over in the myriad of forms.
And so there is this spontaneous dynamic movement and we call that the light.
You know,
It can now be seen but it takes that dynamic movement then arising for then it to coalesce into,
You know,
Form.
At least in the earth and our bodies are then all of the different elements are pulled into and there is this marriage of creation.
And we call it a tree or a human body or a rock or,
You know,
Whatever we want to call it.
And it's all,
And I know different people have different words,
I just have to use the words that come here and they change periodically.
But there is a fabric,
A shared,
Alive,
Vibrant,
Dynamic,
Creatrix,
It's a fabric that intersperses and holds everything.
The great interdependence.
That's why we can't,
You know,
There is a certain point when you can't turn your head away anymore.
It doesn't mean that,
You know,
You get in your white night clothes and you try to rescue the world,
That's not what I'm saying.
But you can't turn your head anymore away from someone or something that's struggling and even perhaps in your view creating evil.
That you also,
It doesn't,
How do I say this,
You as this interconnected space,
Alive fabric that everything is created from and permeated through.
You also are that.
And that's what you start to get.
There is no other.
The guided meditations are an attempt to,
Not to engage the mind at all.
In fact if you're trying to engage the mind and you're trying to understand it and you're trying to get it,
You won't.
It will go in somewhere,
Right?
Because it's what you are.
And so it will touch and ignite and hopefully inspire and then maybe later,
You know,
It will like,
You know,
Reveal itself.
Because it's not these sort of,
You know,
Precise linear descriptions that the mind can grab on and understand.
It's way before that.
It's before that ever starts to break into language and,
You know,
Precise descriptions and all of that.
So I encourage you,
Just as I have encouraged at the very beginning of our time together,
Use the whole body to receive it.
Bring the attention behind a little bit.
Bring the attention open a little bit.
Allow that sense of just a settled,
Safe,
Home,
Abiding quality.
The body is the earth.
It's the microcosm of the earth and the earth is the creatrix and the nurturer and allows you to have life as long as you're here.
Most of us don't even live in the body at all.
Some of us don't even notice the beautiful creation called earth.
We're too busy on our way to whatever.
So that sense of being surrounded and held,
You know,
We may have not ever experienced that with our mother.
But,
You know,
We've got this great mother and the great mother is the substance,
The living reflection of the Godhead,
Of the ground,
Of the stillness.
And she comes in a myriad of forms and I don't even mean gender.
We use she,
He,
But none of it is true.
It's just our language that we have.
And that ability to settle,
You know,
Your hips and your tailbone,
It settles.
It's no longer under that fight or flight.
And that's what all of that tension is that's right behind your tailbone.
It's an old fight or flight,
You know,
It was when we still had tails.
And so it just,
It just like melts.
And if you're leaning against the back of the chair,
It's that same kind of feeling or experience of that,
That literally there's a feeling of that of the chair,
The cushion kind of reaches up and holds your body.
And you sense that those artificial boundaries that have defined your life,
I'm over here,
You're over there.
This is happening over here.
This is happening in here.
All of those relax and let go.
Because the reality of it is there's just a kind of a vibrational frequency.
And one is a vibrational frequency of skin and flesh and bone and prana and another is a vibrational frequency of cushion,
Wood,
Floor,
Chair.
And it's all just interweaving with one another.
It's all just sort of dancing its dance as this unique form.
And there's a delight in it all because the delight is the natural,
If you want to call it the Shakti that is the creatrix itself,
The causeless joy.
And that sense of in this moment,
No matter what the thoughts are saying,
No matter if the body is comfortable or not,
No matter if you like it or not,
No matter if you wish you were home watching Netflix,
It doesn't matter.
Let it yammer on.
It has no inherent truth.
And then just come back to the natural state which the attributes that are being described as being held,
As an offering of itself,
A sense of well-being,
A sense of home,
A sense of enough.
The hungry ghost can now receive and be filled.
In this moment,
All is well.
And the body is literally composed of not only this creatrix,
This delight of creation,
The dance of the elements,
The marriage of spirit,
But it also this fabric of life,
The fabric of the earth and the fabric of the bodies and of the air and all of the creation is made up of love.
And love is simply the dynamic arising of the still primordial ground.
And it's not separate.
It arises and dances and dies back and arises and it creates and it dies back continuously.
And so you sense that actually if you bring the attention very still and listen quite deeply,
You sense that dancing within the cells themselves.
There was a poem last night written about that,
The wings of the cells open.
And that's just simply,
It's now becoming conscious.
It's always there.
It's just now becoming conscious.
The wings of delight in creation.
And so sense that,
You know,
Stay very,
Very close to the body,
Very in the body and feel just that first of all there's that vast space that's within the night sky and all around the body.
And it's in the body as well.
The blue-black,
Luminous,
Dark.
The womb.
The primordial ground of everything.
And then within that there's that dancing and opening and closing and dying and birthing and creating and coming back to the stillness.
And it has a kind of almost like an effervescent,
Kind of a live quality.
It's life itself.
And perhaps there's a particular part of the body that still feels quite unconscious.
Maybe perhaps it has,
You know,
Some kind of pain and it feels very stiff or,
You know,
There's a part of the body that just doesn't feel as alive and vibrant as the rest of the body.
And so it isn't like you're doing something,
You're saving something,
You're,
You know,
Taking care of something.
It's more like you just bring the attention that ignites this that is always present but it lays latent or quiet or asleep until it's touched by the light of your aware attention.
And so you sense that quality of aliveness all the way through.
Top of the bottom,
Down through the bottom of the feet,
And all the way through this aliveness,
This intelligence,
This wisdom,
This creatrix that is within every cell.
And just for a moment,
We'll be a little directive and just simply bring the attention behind the heart,
The human heart,
The physical heart.
And again,
Since that same empty center,
That same dark space that has the full potential of everything,
But at the same time,
It has no definition.
You can't find form or the me,
The separate me within it.
It's the before form,
Coalesce.
And then that arising and the boundless delight and expression of itself that comes out of the empty center that contains the potential of everything.
And it arises and it moves out through the body and it just pours through and awakens and ignites that aliveness,
That dynamic power.
And nothing can stand up to this,
No illness,
No difficult mind state,
No.
.
.
Nothing that was in the past,
Nothing that happened to you in your life journeys,
Nothing can stand up to this.
This is the power that creates form itself.
And so it's all through the body.
It moves out to the horizontal left,
Right.
It's all around and it's this vast,
Alive,
Awake space,
But that sense of the before,
Before it moves,
Before it creates,
And then out of that emptiness,
The creation begins to take place.
And just sense that,
That the joy of that,
The delight of that,
The great power,
The great shakti,
The great creatrix of all that is in the visible and the invisible.
And the all and the gratitude and the miraculous arising that is life that is constantly this.
It's while you're doing the dishes,
It's while you're taking a walk,
It's when you're arguing with your mate,
It's when you're feeling bad and like not enough,
It's when the most unspeakable acts are committed,
It is present even in that.
So perhaps as the thoughts are rising,
If thoughts are rising for you individually,
Just let them be what they are and yet sense,
Put your attention more in the creation,
The interconnectedness,
The light,
The joy,
The miracle of it all.
Let it be,
But let it be in the origin,
The immaculate,
The untouched,
And then watch it dissolve.
Because absolutely nothing can stand up to it,
Absolutely no evil upon that has ever been committed can stand up to this.
This is a great revolution.
This is the revolution that this no matter what is happening in the collective that this is the reality and bringing the attention and living from this,
It dissolves and resolves.
It's the great,
If you want to call it the battle of the light and the shadow.
It's that that has never divided and it can dissolve all of that apparent polarity.
That's how those that have suffered in unimaginable ways and they have woke up to this in the hell realm.
Because no matter what can be imagined,
This is the foundation,
This is always present.
This miraculous creation is constant.
The creation comes and goes but the creator is constant.
That's how the great mystics and the great awakened beings could walk into or experience what they have and transmute and actually be free in hell.
And it's like opening the boundaries.
And the boundaries are just simply habitual.
And you begin to see the boundaries actually are transparent.
And so it just,
The attention,
And it's not like a one pointed attention,
It's a really open attention.
And it just starts to open and include itself.
That's why the great globality is such a profound symbol of reality.
There's no real circumference.
It doesn't exist.
There's no real boundaries.
There's no real in and no out.
It's a self made up imagined reality or a dream really.
And so soar above and below and all around and dance through the mountains,
The sky,
The clouds.
And if the mind still wants to imagine that it's this separate dream,
Let it imagine,
But bring the attention into the vastness,
The openness,
The power,
The delight,
The beauty.
That's the fundamental origin.
And it isn't a denial.
It isn't like some bliss land that,
You know,
Actually it invites all that has not been brought to resolution and liberation.
That's the redemption.
It's not a denial.
It's a welcoming.
It's an embracing.
But it's not identifying.
There's an identification which isn't actually accurate.
It's this delight,
The creation,
The arising of gratitude,
Of awe,
Of unfathomable mystery and unfathomable the eternal.
And this body is made up of that.
This earth is made up of that.
And no matter how distorted or delusional,
It is not touched by any of that.
Not fundamentally.
And so in this at home and you can soar as high and as low and as wide,
But still a sense of at peace and well-being and being held and supported by this great,
Vast,
Intelligent beauty.
So it includes the body.
It includes the human expression.
But it's sort of dancing within it,
Not without and then binding my beliefs and limited thoughts.
So when the teaching points that it isn't the separate me that actually becomes awake,
It awakes up out of the separate me and the human being dances within it.
But it recognizes it as all being and then the love comes back into this human body and liberates,
Illuminates,
Frees and dissolves.
All of the illusion of separateness and lack and suffering.
So let that in,
Actually touch the cells within the body and the cells remember and awaken and receive.
Actually experience the divine that descends and guides and actually becomes the will of the life.
It's led by the divine will and the support and the love and the power and the characteristics that comes up out of the earth.
I am that.
I cannot be separate.
It's an impossibility.
Not my will but thy will is simply the recognition that this life now is led and guided and loved and designed by this pure wisdom,
The fount of wisdom itself.
And the giving over,
The illusion of giving over is simply seeing that the life was insisted upon living by the conditioning,
The separate conditioning.
And so not my will but thy will then is seen for what it actually is.
And why would there be a denial of life being guided and led by that,
The fount of wisdom itself and love?
And it's unconditional.
So it's just seen.
There isn't any of this great grand spiritual surrender.
It's just seen for what it is.
And then there is yes.
There's nothing that one loses.
So I encourage you to really open up.
Just for a little while you can bring it all back together.
Your ideas,
Your resistances,
Your structure is better than someone else's structure.
And blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
Just set it aside.
And just open up.
It's not something that you have to,
I don't know,
Receive in a way.
It's kind of just an opening up.
It isn't like you have to deserve or you have to like move your mouth or your body in a certain way or do certain things.
I mean,
All of that can be helpful,
But it's not going to bring liberation.
This opening to what is,
Is the liberation.
It self-liberates.
And then it's allowing it and watching it move and reharmonize the life.
And the deepening in it,
The opening in it,
As it,
Of it,
And will bring you all the way home.
It will leave nothing out.
And whatever is unique within you,
Whatever will support this will come forth.
And it may not look like any other.
It may look like a community that works deeply with practices.
It may look like a community that simply serves humanity.
It may look like someone gardening,
Someone raising beautiful children.
Not my will,
But thy will.
The giving over.
The letting go.
The great redemption then is left.
The grace is received.
And the grace is given equally.
So explore in your own way,
Your own unique way,
The boundless,
The vibrancy,
The interconnected,
The fabric of life.
The still primordial ground,
The unfathomable well-being,
The arising,
And the delight in the celebrating,
And the reforming and the dying of itself.
Be open to this in your own way.
And the cells will ignite and remember,
Awaken.
And you will never be able to go back into this bound,
Thought-created story of your life.
But it will free the stories.
It self-liberates.
It's its function.
You will never be able to go back into this boundless world.

When thoughts arise,
If they arise,
Just let it be.
There's no one there to believe it or not believe it or fight it or control it or just let them be.
It's in the stillness,
It's in this vibrancy,
This brilliant stillness really,
That the thoughts,
That's when the thoughts can actually relax and lay down.
It's not in the battle.
They're just thoughts.
It's kind of like a mind just kind of pours it out.
They actually mean nothing.
They're not true at all.

You can experiment.
You can bring in perhaps an image of a story,
A person that you'd like for this to be really free.
Both of you,
The seeming apparent image of to really be free,
To dissolve and resolve this vast,
Alive,
Awake,
Vibrant love.
Dissolves everything that it's not.
So either in this moment or by yourself on the cushion,
You can bring in different stories or images or the apparent other and find resolution right here.
It's within your own power.
That's taking the power back.
Nothing can stand up to this.
Nothing.
So just for a moment,
Let the attention rise and rise and rise and rise.
It's like a column or a string,
If you want to call it that,
That just can go as high as infinitely.
And it's connected to the intelligence and to the guidance,
To the beauty and to the love that's available to all of its creation,
To all beings.
And it comes through the central channel right around the spine and it goes down through the tailbone and the sacrum,
Through the legs and the feet.
And it enters below,
Below,
Below,
Below,
Below,
Into the infinite root,
The infinite still point.
And it connects all the different realms,
All the different lives that are creating itself and dying back.
And it includes and moves through and becomes one channel through the human body and allows one to be a full and true and awake human being.
Being.
Human being.
So thoughts still happen,
Functioning still happens,
Life still happens.
But it's from this kind of wonder and awe and aliveness and then bound and insight and inspiration.
And the redemption burning all that has been accumulated from past.
And one lives a new,
Unburdened,
Free.
And then the great paradox is one lives in an extra ordinary way,
Extraordinary ordinary way.
But the central channel is open above and below and left and right and all around.
And that's where you abide and live from.
Matter and spirit become one.
Spirit awake in all matter,
No in,
No out.
And yet deeply anchored within the body at the same time.
And all awaken great beings have recognized this and live from this and report from this.
So once again,
Just feel that sense of resting,
Of settling,
Of being held by a place of well-being.
And as you move through the day,
There's just walking and there's just this sort of a ease of being.
There's eating,
There's drinking,
There's sleeping,
There's taking a walk.
There's moving and the creation,
The space,
It sort of moves through you.
It sort of touches this awareness within the body and it sort of makes love with itself as you're walking.
The trees sort of,
They recognize,
Trees recognize awake humans.
And they,
It's sort of like,
There's kind of like this,
Ah,
There you are.
And the way the light shines in the clouds and the vastness of the valley and the profound strength and stability and the profound protection of the mountains.
And the ground that nourishes and feeds and penetrates the physicality of the body.
Strengthens and nourishes it and the radiance of the sun that enters and enlivens and renews and feeds every cell of the body.
And the artificial boundary of I'm here and you're there and all dissolves and yet there's a delight in the uniqueness and the individuality.
Like walking through a garden with all the different flowers and trees and birds and butterflies and insects and fruiting and dying back and the garden of an awake life.
And the great liberation,
The great redemption constantly reharmonizing and dissolving and freeing and making conscious all that has separated itself from its true nature.
And awake life.
The eventual destiny of all life.
The.
The.
