So just sit where you are and take some deep breaths with me while I open this session.
It is best to sit up straight or to be lying straight so that your back is straight and your neck is aligned.
They are asking me to tell you how I prepare for opening the session so I'm going to tell you when I open a session,
I'm taking deep breaths and I go into my heart space and I immediately drop down into the lowest area of my spine.
With each breath I just allow myself to go down deeper and deeper and deeper so that I can ground because the deeper your roots the higher your tree can grow so it's important that we all underestimate the importance of grounding.
It's really,
Really important that we go as deep as we can so with every exhale,
And you can do this with me if you'd like,
But every inhale I take with the exhale I drop down and that's what I'm doing to prepare the session.
And then when I feel like I'm in the earth and in the ground,
I will call on my counsel.
I wish to open a light counsel session.
I wish to establish a connection with the ascended masters of light.
I wish to establish a connection with the Masters of light,
My guides,
My higher self.
I wish to establish a connection with the gods and goddesses.
I wish to establish a connection with the archangels.
I wish to establish a connection with the multidimensional and intergalactic beings of light.
And I wish to establish a connection with my soul group.

Thank you for being in my life and helping me every step of the way.
I am deeply grateful.
Now each person that is on this call and on this online process with us,
We ask for each one of you to set an intention,
An intention for yourselves about who you see yourself to be in the ideal light,
For in the ideal light,
It is who you truly are.
See yourself,
Feel yourself being that ideal now.
Breathe in the experiences and the feelings of you being who you truly are.
Breathe it in,
Exhale.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself more grounded in who you see yourself to be.

Open the top of your head,
The crown.
You will feel tingling.
The pressure on the top of your head will lighten.

There is light available to you.
It is the white pure light,
The Christ light.
Allow it to pour into the top of your head now.
Allow it into your brain,
Into the way that you think.
This light carries all the information and wisdom that you seek,
That you need.
It is the very DNA of your highest self.
Allow it into every nook and cranny of how you think and how you feel.
It is oozing down past and into your ears,
Creating a clear passageway for you to hear your divine self more clearly.
It is pouring through your third eye and clearing all of the debris,
All of the dogma and held beliefs that are ancestral that you have attached to as you.
It is being cleared away now so that you may see clearly.
You may see who you really are and the truth of everyone you meet.
Allow the light to pour down through and into your nose and your mouth.
It is filling your mouth and your tongue.
Your speech will become sweet and honest with your truth,
Your truth from eons of experience that you may have forgotten.
Allow the light into your throat,
Your throat that carries your karma through each life.
It is washing away the heaviness and the self-fulfilled pain and struggle so that you might live more freely by accessing your own truth.
Let the light flow down into your chest,
Into your heart chakra and your heart where we give and receive love and compassion,
Where we have in the past blocked the eternal stream of love and compassion.
We are opening those path with passageways now so that you may feel the stream of unconditional love at all times.
This is your birthright.
This is who you are.
Let the light come into these areas and let it clear out the pain that you feel that you need to hold.
You no longer need to hold it.
Let it go.
Offer it to the divine.
It is the divine gift.
Offer it to Mother Earth.
It is her nourishment to take this pain from us.
It nourishes each and every plant and animal and flower.
Give it away freely now.
Allow the light to pour into your stomach area we call the solar plexus.
Feel a blissful opening there,
Your source of power,
Your source of connecting directly to your higher self.
Clear this out now and all of the ideas you carry about who you have been and who you think you are and are doomed to continue to repeat.
Clear it out now.
You are so much more than the lies you have been carrying and continuing about yourself.
Let them go.
Let the light trickle down your arms and into your hands.
Let the burdens that you carry melt away.
Let the grudges that you hold onto float away into the divine.
Let your hands be free to give.
Let your hands be free to love.
The light is now pouring down into your lower abdomen,
Illuminating that which you are ashamed of,
That which you hold as a secret,
Secret desires.
Allow the compassion to fill up your lower abdomen.
There is no judgment here.
We do not judge you.
Allow the compassion to melt away the shame.
Release the anger that you feel you have had to carry to prove what has happened to you.
We have seen you.
We have been with you.
And we know what you have suffered.
You do not need to hold this on your own any longer.
Allow the light in.
Feel the heat of the light.
You may feel the joy from the light as these things drift out of your life.
Release the cords and attachment.
Archangel Michael,
We ask that all the cords to these experiences be cut now.
Archangel Raphael,
Please suture these potential wounds and seal the auric field.
Allow the light to flow down into your legs and feet through every muscle and ligament through your knees.
We divine beings of grace who walk this beautiful planet,
Walk with love and compassion for each being.
We are all the divine keepers.
Your path is a divine path.
Your path is needed and supports each and every other living being on the planet.
Walk with your inherited grace.
Now sit and breathe as the angels continue to work at helping you release whatever you have not been able to release now.
They will continue to work on if you allow them in the coming days.
The light is a living experience that continues to work on you when you allow it to continue to come in.
So just breathe through any resistance.
The breath moves the light.
You may have more dreams.
You may feel headaches come through.
Breathe through them.
Allow the breath to move your own blocks.
You do not need to think about them or analyze them.
Just breathe.
The light knows what to do.
You are a lighted being.
We would like to ground you before we release you on your beautiful day.
It is a beautiful transformative day for you.
Focus your attention on the base of your spine.
Allow a thin tube of light to come directly out of the base of your spine and pour into the center of the earth.
Connect with the heart of the mother now.
Allow the pulse of her heart to beat a beautiful golden light up this line that you have created,
This tube,
Up into the base of your spine,
Up through your entire spine.
It goes into your heart and expands through the nervous system of your whole body and up into your brain and all of the neurons are fired.
You may draw on this nourishment whenever you choose.
It is there for you.
We are all the universal family.
We are all connected deeply in ways you do not remember now.
Know that you are a light being.
Know that we are continually with you and supporting you.
