I'm just going to clear the energy out.

What this means is that you're going to make the sounds of how you feel and the things that you would like to release.
And it can sound like consonants or noises or shouts or screams.

Because this is a safe space,

There's no harming anyone here.
We believe in that.
So we're just going to be releasing the sound.
The rattles will help dissolve it and take it to the earth and take it to the heavens,
Wherever it needs to go.

That which we are all made of.

Clearing that away.
Clearing with three OMs and you can say them starting with the ah going to the ooh going to the mm,
The primordial sounds of the earth.

Ah We are activating now with the light canceled.
We ask that you may bring in your soul group now if you choose.

We thank our guides and our master teachers and the angels for being here with us in the sacred space we asked for the hundred thousand warrior protection angels to protect everyone involved.
So that we have a dome of light around all of us all over the world that protects us as we do this work together.
So everyone sit in the center of your chest,
Sit in your heart space.
See that there is a room of light there and you are sitting in it.
And as you sit in the space,
It is expanding.
It is a vast space of light.
And in this space that you have access to your source,
Your creator source,
And the knowledge and wisdom of your higher self on all planes.
So sit and know that you are safe in this expanded space of light.
Now we're going to connect to Mother Earth and we're going to connect to source and then we're going to do our chakra chanting.
And take some deep breaths here as you sit in your heart space.
And allow a thin line of radiant light to come from the back of your spine directly behind where you're sitting in your heart space.
It goes down your spine,
Down to the tailbone,
And we say ground.
It leaves your body and enters into the soil of the earth.
Keep breathing.
It's going to go one foot down.
You're now under into in the soil in the earth,
Two feet down,
Three feet down,
Four feet down.
Feel your body heavy sinking into the chair,
Into the floor,
Into your bed,
Wherever you are.
Five feet down this thin line of radiant light that came from your heart center.
Six feet down.
This thin line of light is now going to join with a little ball of light.
Some people call it a star.
It's right there,
Always for you,
Six feet under the ground,
Wherever you are,
Whether you're flying,
Wherever you're walking,
Wherever you are,
Connect that,
Your line to that star.
And you'll feel a little bit of a jolt.
And then if you know this is the earth star that is connected down to the heart of the mother.
This is her arm reaching out to you and following you wherever you are.
And when her heart beats,
There's a pulse that comes up that line into your thin line of light and goes right into the base of your spine and up into your heart space where you are sitting and expands out through your entire nervous system.
Into your brain,
Into your hands,
Into your feet.
You see your nervous system light up.
And feel this connection.
It is an anchor for the more that we are anchored,
The more we can rise.
So feel that connection.
It's always there.
We go back into our heart space where we're sitting,
But our consciousness is there now.
We're going to have another thin layer of light,
A little tube of light going up.
So go straight back into your spine and then up your spine,
Up your neck,
Through the center of your head,
Up the top of your head,
Up through the top of your head.
It opens up and you go up into the heavens.
There is an opening three to six feet above you that opens to the heavens where your line goes straight into the heart of the source.
It's beautiful white light that's now opened and revealed to you.
Your line connects into the heart of source.
And as it does that,
There is a tube of golden light that comes down and surrounds your whole body.
And this golden light showers,
Rains down on your head and your shoulders and into the cells of your whole body.
You are surrounded by this beautiful golden light.
And say to yourself now as it goes into your feet all the way down underneath your feet so you are completely surrounded inside and out with this golden light.
Breathe that in.
Let it sink down into your legs and your feet and your toes.
Grounding you always.
And say to yourself,
Repeat after me.
I am my I am now.

Let this go into your feet and ground.
I am my I am now.
Welcome to your higher self.
And whenever you feel confused or disconnected,
You can do this again and connect to who you truly are and bring her right bring him and her or it right into your body.

So let's do some chakra work we're going to go to the base of the spine.
The color is red.
You can see a cobalt blue,
Which is the true color of the chakras,
Or you can see the red which is the color of the light that is needed for us.
And that's why we see it as red,
It is the light color that is needed for us in this plane.
And either one is a beautiful thing to visualize so visualize it around ball of light around the Bijama mantra is long.

Send the sound into the chakra.

Now we're going to move into the second chakra,
Which is two inches below your belly button.
This is the chakra where you digest your ideas,
The things that happen in your life,
Your food.
This is the harvesting area.
It is your ovaries.
This is where the dark secrets are kept.
We're going to do a color the color that they normally associate,
You could do the cobalt blue for all of them,
Or you can do orange creativity.
Sound the Bijama mantra for this sound is a bomb with a V as in Victor.

See the sound going directly down.

Now we're going to move directly above to the third chakra,
Which is two to three inches above your navel.
Your solar plexus.
The color is yellow or cobalt blue.
It is your source of power.
It is the place where you are able to connect with your higher self.
It rules your liver and your pancreas and your stomach.
And the Bijama mantra for this is,
You don't have to if you can't really are assist to ROM.
Your source of power.
Here we go.

See the sound going into that area and clearing and cleaning the whole area.
Remember that there is an area directly back on your spine,
Which is where you receive.
So when we do this,

Take a second and feel your first three chakras buzzing.

In the center of your chest.
This area is green or cobalt blue,

It is where we give and receive love and compassion.
All of your manifestations come through this chakra.
When we create things,
It comes through this chakra.
It's created in the second and comes through in the fourth.
It is the intermediary between the top chakras and the bottom chakras.
It's the one that maintains equilibrium between all of them.
Remember that there is a back and a front.
The back is where we receive.
The front is where we give.
So you want to make sure it's clear through both areas.
So we're going to do the bhija mantra,
Which is yam,

And when you do it,
You're going to send it right into your heart space with the intention of balancing and cleansing and releasing so that you have a beautiful jewel vibrating in the center of your chest.

It might help you if you take your hand and put it at the top of your heart center and then move it around to the left,
Then down to the right and up in a circular motion.
As you do it,
It might help you to spin this chakra.
You're spinning it in a clockwise motion.

Go into the fifth chakra,
Your true voice in the world,
The power to speak truth and feel all of these chakras and see them and feel them,
You can look into your body and see the rainbow blending beautifully.
Feel the karma that was released.
The space that is now present inside of your body,
The light creates the space,

We're now going into your sixth chakra and you can put your finger on the top of the sixth chakra and you can spin it to the left,
Down and to the right,
Your left,
Down and the right and that is going to help you open.
This is the chakra of intuition,
Of psychic messages,
Messages from the other worlds,
The other dimensions,
Things clearly,
Discernment,
Being able to see when people are,
Who people really are,
What they're really meaning,

This is the area so that we get better at making guided decisions,
Decisions that are best for us because we can see through to the truth of things.
So we want to clear it.
Remember there's an opening where we receive the messages directly back and then we are actually in the world projecting what we are seeing into the world through the front.
So this is an indigo color.
It's like a really deep,

Bluish purple.
It is a light though.
That is a light,

So there is light in that.

Giving and receiving all manifestations.
Your true love in the world.

And then into your sixth chakra,
The indigo color of light,
Where you receive information from the divine.
Where you receive discernment,
Where you can see the truth in others.
As well in yourself,
You can see your life and have perspective.
Feel all of these chakras now.
See the beautiful colors.
Feel them spinning,
Open and clear and balanced as we move into the seventh chakra.
At the top of your head,
Where you receive the divine blessings,
Receive the attunements of the divine.
It's where your soul exits during sleeping time and travels to other dimensions.
You can put your head,
Your finger,
It's on the back of the top of the,
There's a circle on the top of your head.
The finger can start at the back,
Move to your left,
Move to the front and move to the right.
And this is the opening circular motion for this chakra that you can do while you're toning.
And the bija mantra for this is om.
It is seen in many different colors.
Some people see it as a violet or a bright white.
Whatever you see in those areas are beautiful.

Now see all of your chakras go down to the root,
The protection where you feel safe,
Where you have abundance,
Where everything you need is available to you in the root chakra,

The fourth chakra where you give freely and care and receive compassion and love.
And the fifth chakra,
Your throat chakra,
Where you speak your truth and you found your purpose in the world.
And your sixth chakra,
The indigo light,
Where you have discernment,
You can see clearly the actions of yourself,
The world around you.
And your seventh chakra,
The beautiful violet or white light,
Where you can receive the divine messages and blessings directly from source.
And see the whole rainbow that you are and feel the buzzing and feel how clean and we ask,
We ask for everybody's soul group to maintain and make sure that everybody's chakras are balanced and aligned for their highest good in the way that is the most beneficial to them,
