Close your eyes,
Place a hand on your heart,
And as you breathe in,
Say to yourself,
I am safe now,
And exhale,
All is well.
Let the moment that just triggered you appear before you like a movie scene,
And imagine on this movie screen in front of you that you are in the audience,
Watching,
Safe in your chair,
Just watching.
Notice how you feel as the scene plays out,
And ask yourself,
Where else in my life have I felt this exact same way,
And allow the other scenes to appear on the screen,
Different people,
Different times,
But the same feeling.
Cross your arms over your chest now,
Holding on to those feelings as they rise up,
And gently butterfly tap each shoulder,
And as you tap,
I am safe now,
In light,
Through your nose,
Into your heart,
Scenes that you are watching,
And allow the scenes to turn pure white light.
Keep breathing in the light,
In through the nose,
Down,
Exhale out into the scene in front of you until the scene becomes pure white light.
What this feels like,
To see everything now,
White light,
And ask yourself,
Is this a foundational wound I came to heal,
And notice what arises.
Say to yourself,
As you exhale,
I have a way to begin to track these patterns,
These are messages from your soul,
For your healing.
