Close your eyes and take a slow inhale and then a soft exhale.
Feel the support from your chair or your feet on the floor.
Feel the earth beneath you.
You are supported.
Cross your arms over your chest in a butterfly hug and begin to gently tap your shoulders.
Breathe with the rhythm of your tapping.
Repeat to yourself,
All is well now.
I am safe now.
With each breath,
Let your jaw soften,
Your shoulders release,
Your belly relax.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Bring to mind a moment that was frustrating for you,
A recent moment that feels alive for you right now.
Feel this moment in your body.
Recall the words that were said,
The reactions that you felt.
And now see it as if it's playing on a movie screen before you.
You are watching yourself,
The words you spoke,
The words they spoke.
Feeling the feelings in your body as you watch yourself on the screen feeling those feelings.
When you get to the end of the scene,
Rewind it and start again.
Notice what happens inside you as you watch.
Where do you feel your body tighten?
Where do you ache?
Which motions rise up grief,
Anger,
Fear,
Defensiveness?
Tap your shoulders gently as you breathe,
Giving space for whatever is here.
No judgment,
Only noticing.
Now repeat to yourself,
All is well now.
I am safe now.
Now imagine that the brightest white light enters the scene.
It begins as a glow around the edges of the loop.
The edges of this scene you've been watching again and again.
And it is controlled by your breath.
Breathe in that white light.
And with every exhale,
See the light flooding the movie scene until the whole scene is dissolved.
Let yourself now bring that light in to your whole body and fill it with light.
Breathe in.
Exhale,
Expand the light.
Exhale,
Expanding the light so that your body becomes light.
There is nothing but light.
Say to yourself,
I am one with the light.
The light and I are one.
The light is me.
The light is me.
Feel your heart expand as this becomes integrated into you as your divine birthright.
Now gently place your hand over your heart.
Notice how the light is giving energy flow from your heart.
It's inside of you.
It's outside of you.
And you are it.
Flowing in every cell is this light.
Heart space.
Ask yourself,
Was I triggered by a foundational wound?
Is this pattern that I'm noticing something I came in to heal?
Or was it given to me in this life?
Let sensations or colors,
Words,
Or images rise immediately.
And if nothing comes,
Simply whisper to yourself,
Okay,
You can show me when it is safe to do so.
Show me at the perfect time.
Now take a deep breath in.
And send gratitude starting from the heart center.
Gratitude towards the light that now fills and surrounds you.
And as you come back into your body,
Into your life,
Make sure that you make a mental note.
Take a recording.
Write it down.
The situation,
The feelings,
The images.
So that you can begin to build your map of the patterns in your life.
And you can start to find those foundational wounds,
Which will be with you through life.
Whisper one more time.
The light and I are one.
