OM Ocean Magic

OM or AUM is a Sanskrit word. It is derived from both Hindu and Buddhist practices and is considered to be the first sacred sound of all creation from which life exists and returns to. As we breathe in deeply and exhale fully, we can create this same sound inside of ourselves as well as around us. It is a resonating ocean of energy. Join me in this OM experience, adding your voice to the ocean of life, of the cosmos, of all creation. Each of our voices is needed in the universal whole.
