Hi,
This poem that I share with you today is a gift to us from the people of the Fae,
Also known as the Fairies.
The Fairies live among the unseen realm of our world and have the great good fortune to take care of and tend our Mother Earth,
Her plants and flowers and trees,
Her waters and oceans,
Her animals and insects.
I hope you enjoy their poem to you.
The poem is called The Fairies Kiss.
When I fall to sleep at night,
Wrapped in nature's arms,
A leaf like a blanket surrounds me and keeps me out of harm.
As I dream,
I tumble into the earth below and wake once more to find a fairy land awaits me covered in starlight's glow.
I stand to see that I have shrunk,
The size of a flower I now stand,
A chocolate cosmos stands next to me,
Nearly the same height I am.
And in this fairy's land of bliss and nightly dreams,
I am kissed by magic,
Or so that is how it seems.
For magic is needed in our earthly world when I wake from this dream to know that there is sweetness still and that I can bring it back with me.
The fairy's light,
It gives us hope in times of darkness to remind us that sometimes,
Sometimes the journey can be a lonely path and yet,
And yet we must keep going somehow.
For spirit's path is only for the brave and not the faint of heart.
Declare your courage backed by a fairy's kiss and roar into the darkness just like Katie says,
Thunder from your voice gonna shake the ground.
And these three things will get you through,
A fairy kiss,
A courageous heart,
And a thunderous voice too.
Bring the light of magic and spread it all around.
So now when you walk your path with spirit's gracious hand,
You bring back more magic into our earth,
Our home,
Our sacred Gaia land.
May your path be surrounded by this magic,
This light,
This hope.
May you know that it surrounds you always as you journey and may you become that starlight that shines for others.
