Healing Past Life Memories – Journey, Reflection & Drumming

Sometimes in our present life, we may have memories from our past lives that come forward through our Higher Self or Soul Self. Today we will be taking a guided journey into the Akashic Records and seeing what part of our past lives wish to receive understanding and healing. Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael will be present during the guided journey. Drumming will happen after the journey as a way to provide Reiki to the memories that come forward. Hello and thank you so much for joining me tonight. I'm Shannon and grateful to be here for our live session together and I hope everybody is doing well and I'm grateful to be here. We always start our session together by lighting a candle and I light a candle for all of us but I always invite you to join me. So by lighting the candle first just asking us to take a deep breath in and exhaling and so the first breath opens up our lungs and calls in our physical body to be present for the circle. Then if you think about each of us taking a deep breath in with this candle lighting and each of us breathing in the energy of the trees of the oxygen and filling our lungs and grounding us here then each of us individually actually come together in this practice creating a beautiful circle of light for our community and taking another deep breath in and with this one imagining that that crown chakra at the top of your head from the candle light opens up and allows the energy of your higher self your soul self your fifth dimensional light body to move through you and then your energy to go back up to it and knowing that your soul self is always with you and the candle energy pulls us together with them then that creates that circle of soul selves together in our community and then if you imagine on the next breath as you exhale that deeper connection with universe with our archangels our master teachers creates that big circle of light around us holding us in this place and then one more deep breath in and as you exhale coming back to your center to your heart where that candle that represents that light of the universe and your soul is right here in the center of your body one of the things that we're going to be doing is actually working with two archangels archangel michael and archangel rafael and i'll tell you more about what they'll be doing what we'll be doing with them the first thing i'm going to do is read one of the cards from tree keepers oracle the one that came forward is card number 25 keeper of the subconscious trauma is real your experience with intense emotions and reactions right now may very well be triggered by something on life's surface that has deep roots in the tree of your subconscious science calculates that about 10 of our lives is run by our conscious thought while 90 is run by the subconscious if you find yourself with persistent triggers that make you feel not enough too much overwhelmed afraid or chronically separated from your own sense of love and belonging the question is not what's wrong with me the right question is what happened to me your subconscious has many of the answers to situations that plague and mystify you quest down into that sacred space to explore the truths that are waiting there so the truths that are waiting there in the subconscious will go even deeper because they'll be rooted originally to those healings that want to come through that are related to a past life and so just knowing that when we do our session today it's not about calling it out and getting rid of it and fixing it instead it's just about paying attention to that part of yourself from the past life that you had that's coming forward to receive some healing where your physical body in this present moment is picking up on it we're creating the path by going through this into the potential of creating a new pathway into stepping forward into our lives in the past life our soul self is reborn right our soul carries the essence of all of our lives and so our soul has lived many different lifetimes in those human lifetimes we are born as different types of people so when we leave this life as the human from those past lives our soul continues to carry the energy and information so sometimes what happens during those past lives is the things that were not fully healed and need more attention when we are born into this lifetime sometimes they come up in our physical body as a way for us to pay attention to what they are sharing with us so that we can honor them and help them find more healing so some of the things that we're present with in our physical body that can feel like a real thing is actually sometimes not all the time but sometimes related to those healings that are wanting to occur from our past life we're going to see what comes forward during our journey today one of the things i want to talk about that's going to come up in our guided journey that takes us there past lives of all of us and all of our soul selves are kept as records in what's called the akashic library the akashic library are these books to understand ourselves better and more deeply part of the journey is we will be going into the akashic library through the meditation with archangel michael and so he'll be assisting on what comes forward so what happens during our process of healing that is then we begin to release those layers that aren't always associated with this current lifetime there's two archangels that are going to be present during our journey archangel michael is the main archangel energy archangel michael is the angel of truth so he always brings absolute truth to all that we are going to explore he is the angel of awareness his point is not to bring awareness to make things difficult but just to understand ourselves archangel michael is the angel of reflection he helps us see things more deeply he's the angel of boundaries his angelic energy is often a bright turquoise light blue the other archangel who's going to be present in the journey is archangel rafael rafael is the angel who is that of the heart protecting the heart the angel of compassion and archangel rafael's color is often a light bright green they'll be present when we do the guided journey know that when we do a guided journey not everybody experiences journeys in the same way so i give you images some people see what i say some people feel what i say some people just allow it to come through and not necessarily see but you might smell things or just being present so knowing that each person experiences these things in a different way it doesn't make any of those right or wrong it just means allowing yourself to be in the journey as we begin to move towards that journey what i wanted to do is read this poem to you from mary oliver i want to think again of dangerous and noble things i want to be light and frolicsome i want to be improbable beautiful and afraid of nothing as though i had wings in this one mary oliver is saying no matter what feelings come up for you during this time just allow yourself to create those wings that your soul brings to you and understanding this part so that you might feel lighter even if some of the images that come through might be a heavy experience you can find lightness by understanding it so now what we're gonna do is the guided journey archangel michael and rafael we're gonna go into the akashic library and then when we close our journey and i bring us back into this present moment i'll move us into that reflection of several questions about the journey we took so that then there's awareness of what you experienced and then through that awareness what we present in the questions of reflection then we'll move into receiving reiki for healing those things from the past life we'll do that through drumming sending the reiki to those parts of ourselves that's wanting to receive healing move into a comfortable position now so we can start our journey going into our past life so just allowing yourself to come into this comfortable space allowing your physical body to relax allowing yourself as you come into this calm centered space to breathe deeply and close your eyes allowing your physical body to connect with earth so that you know that you are supported by mother nature taking another deep breath in and allowing your body to feel centered and relaxed now in your imagination or you can do it for reals whichever feels better begin to scan your body your head your face your back your chest your tummy your organs what specific area of your body seems to be calling your attention as you scan what one area of your body in this present moment wants you to focus more deeply tonight on this journey as you stop at this one location for yourself to bring attention to it what feeling or emotion is coming up in this one area of your body in this present moment allow yourself just to connect with it as you connect with that feeling in this part of your body you see that archangel Raphael who is the tender of the heart with compassion and support steps into the space with you sits near you and places his hands on the energy of the area that is calling your attention so that he might bring you the support you need in the feeling that is coming forward so that you know during the journey with archangel Michael that archangel Raphael will hold this space and feeling for you allow yourself to connect with archangel Raphael's energy now and as he surrounds that part of your body with that beautiful loving green compassionate energetic light and taking a deep breath in and connecting with archangel Raphael's energy and through the support that you're receiving archangel Michael now steps into the space to be with you to take you on this inner journey into yourself in your imagination archangel Michael asks your soul self to step forward and hold his hand archangel Michael now creates a beautiful pathway of light in front of both you and himself as he holds your hand you begin to now walk on that pathway of light with archangel Michael feeling supported and light in his presence and grateful to be on this journey with him allow yourself to just see yourself walking on this pathway of light now in front of you there is a doorway where the pathway of light has led to where you and archangel Michael now stand in front of that doorway the doorway is the entrance to the Akashic library which holds all the information about past lives archangel Michael reaches out opens the doorway leading both you and he into the Akashic library where both of you now step into this amazing space thousands and thousands of books in the library of all the past lives allowing yourself to connect with the energy of the library and its space as you step inside of it in its beauty and warmth allow yourself to connect with energy here and as you and archangel Michael stand in the Akashic library he turns to you and asks you to show him what part of your body was the one that you were feeling tonight that led you here and just gently point to the area so that archangel Michael can connect with that space in this moment and to understand the energy coming through archangel Michael reaches over to that space that you are pointing to he gently places his hand on the energy around it extends his wings and closes into a circle of light around you as he grows into understanding what's present here in this moment that represents the energy of that past life allow yourself to connect with archangel Michael as he connects with understanding you in this present moment he has you take a deep breath in and as you do he opens his wings releases his hands and asks you to sit where there's a beautiful sofa of comfort in the Akashic library and in your imagination you go sit on that beautiful sofa to relax with beautiful candlelight surrounding you and now archangel Michael goes into the Akashic library to find the book that represents the energy related to that specific past life of what he was connecting with inside of you just allow yourself to be present in this moment of waiting to see what he shows you next archangel Michael is able to go through all of the books in the library until he connects with his hands to the one connected to the energy of what he touched on in your physical body he pulls the past life book from the shelf opens it to the page that represents the energy of the experience that you had from that lifetime he comes over to you and hands you the book you hold the book in front of you it might be images words feelings of that past life as you hold it to help you understand it archangel Michael now clears a space in the Akashic library to make a blank wall and he begins to show the images like a movie of that past life in front of you so that you understand the things that you went through in that past life that's wanting you to remember in this present moment so that it can receive the healing that will come through when we do the drumming later tonight just allow yourself to see the movie the images of the past life that is wanting just to be known and share itself with you whether it's words images feelings allow yourself without trauma or triggering to just see what's in front of you to understand more deeply that part of yourself as you hold the book and appreciate that part of you that lived in that lifetime you're grateful to be in this space that you find deeper understanding in all the healing that we can offer to that part of yourself so that it may be lightened released and shifted so that it becomes a gift rather than heaviness continue to see feel or hear what archangel Michael shares with you from this particular past life archangel Michael now asks you to take a deep breath in and as you exhale he begins to close the images and place the paintings back on the wall comes over to you touches your hands that are holding the book thanks you for being present here today and you hand him back the book from that past life he holds it places beautiful loving turquoise blue light through that book that history and then gently closes it he walks back into the library space to place that book back on the shelf he comes back over to you having you stand up once more and then what he does is he places his wings around you holding you in this space taking on any energy that came up through knowing that past life so it's not something that lies deeply on your shoulders as heaviness but instead he takes it and begins to transform it into wings to help release the heaviness of that past life so that it's more about understanding and knowing that part of yourself connected to your soul is something that you can release and heal Archangel Michael now opens his wings kisses you gently on the forehead to lighten that part of you you take each other's hands and turn and walk back to the doorway of the Akashic library where Archangel Michael opens that door and the two of you step out onto that pathway of light shutting the door of the library behind you and now you begin to walk back on that pathway of light coming back to the presence of your physical body which is being supported by Archangel Raphael as Archangel Michael and that soul part of yourself come back to your physical body with Archangel Raphael it goes back inside of you Archangel Raphael comes to the top of your head Archangel Michael comes to your feet and they both begin to send a beautiful circle of light green turquoise blue compassion love strength and truth to surround your physical body as well as your soul self and as you take a deep breath in they shift from becoming their angelic self into turning into beautiful light that light slowly drifts away as you come back to this present moment here on mother earth this present moment of who you are here today taking a deep breath in and taking one more deep breath in and coming back to this present moment with me here and when you're ready on the next breath when you take a deep breath in and as you exhale opening your eyes and coming back to this present moment with me where we'll explore what you discovered that will take into doing the drumming to bring healing to that past life of yourself and i'll just have you take this time to stretch your body gently what we're going to do now is the opportunity for questions of reflection moving us into that understanding and appreciation of whatever past life might have come forward and the idea behind it with these questions of reflection is it'll just help us come into a deeper understanding so that then what we'll be doing is a healing with reiki doing the drumming that surrounds that past life that expressed itself to you so the first question of reflection is this what past life came forward for you today what past life came forward in the akashic library for you today the second question is this what does this past life help you understand about your present life the third question of reflection what part of yourself whether it's the present part of yourself in your body where you felt things or the past life that you connected to what part wishes to receive the reiki today when we do the drumming what part of yourself wishes to receive the reiki what part wishes to receive reiki today so what i want to do before we do the reiki is again read that card that came through to have again that deeper understanding of what it means to look at these things the card and then i'm going to start drumming and sending the reiki from archangel michael and archangel rafael to you your physical body your soul self your past life so just allowing yourself to move into that silent space for yourself to receive and exhaling and exhaling and opening your eyes when you're ready coming back to your body in this moment and stretching gently just gently shaking your hands and feet and shoulders stretching just know you'll continue to receive the reiki that came through whether it was for your present self something from your past life or helping you understand there might be even other parts of your past life from the akashic library that also come forward whether it's in dream time or memories but because you've invited those things and keep a journal just to see what comes forward know that the energy you received today will continue to move with you for as long as you need it even after this practice closes i'm grateful for getting to spend this time
