It's bedtime,

Time to rest our eyes,

Our bodies,

Our minds.

Time to go into a deep state of blissful relaxation,

Entering our inner world of peace and depth.

Sinking into a restful slumber and giving ourselves permission to fully let go.

Let go of the day,

Let go of the worries,

Let go of our thoughts.

And to be here in this moment,

To give us this time,

To give us this space,

To recharge ourselves and allow ourselves to go into a magical world.

Where our dreams come true,

Bringing those dreams from our sleep state to real life.

Real life.

Visualise yourself with your third eye open and your other eyes closed under a sea of stars.

Floating in the galaxy,

In the most comfortable,

Cosy bed.

And allow yourself to be overwhelmed by the glistening stars that surround you.

And now choose one star that is calling you out of all the stars that you see.

I want you to make a wish upon this star.

To call in the most beautiful dreams in your sleep.

Tell the star what you would like to dream about.

What you would like to experience in your dreams.

What you would like to experience in your dreams.

Allow yourself to have that childlike wonder that you know you have within you.

And allow yourself to get as creative as you want.

There are no limits.

Nothing is too hard or too silly or too weird or impossible.
