This is a guided meditation to help create a safe space for you to acknowledge,

Accept,

And heal any kind of creative trauma or blockages.

So if you can,

Find a safe space that you can relax.

Sit or lie down,

But just make sure that you're comfortable.

Begin by breathing deeply for a few moments.

And as you continue to relax and breathe,

Start to become aware of any of that creative trauma,

Of any creative blockages in the past or in the present.

And as you continue to relax,

Start to become aware of any creative blockages in the past or in the present.

And as you continue to relax,

Start to become aware of any creative blockages in the past or in the present.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe for you to go deeper into these moments.

To gain clarity and begin to see the lessons behind them.

Understanding how they've helped you to grow.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

Imagine yourself in the now,

Sending the version of you in these moments.

Love,

Compassion,

And acceptance.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

And by accepting these moments,

We're not saying that they're okay,

We're saying we're ready to take back our power from them.

So accept any grief that you currently feel towards any of these moments,

Any of these blockages.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

Imagine this grief begins to transform into a new kind of love.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

Allowing yourself to experience everything and sending your self-love and compassion for them.

You can start to create for yourself something divine,

Some kind of art or story,

Something that will help other people.

You can start to create for yourself something divine,

Some kind of art or story,

Something that will help other people.

Take a few more moments to allow yourself to bring in or to let go of anything that you need to right now.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

Let yourself know that it's okay,

It's safe,

It's safe,

It's safe.

When you're ready to come back and end the meditation,

You can take this at your own time.

Just begin to focus on your breath and let all of your awareness reconnect to your body,

To your mind,

To this moment.

Take a deep inhale and a full exhale.

You can come back when you're ready.

If you're able,

I recommend you take a few moments to write out in journal about this experience.

Thank you so much for participating in this.

Have a great day.

Namaste.

Thank you. I focused on several people who I try to people please and in that sense, self-abandon. This was a helpful exercise.
