Welcome to this meditation.

Make sure you find a comfortable seat,

Either laying down or sitting with a straight spine.

Make sure that you are in an environment where you feel at ease.

Whenever you are ready,

Close your eyes.

During this meditation,

We'll focus on self-confidence,

Self-love.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Repeat that a few times to connect with your body.

Lay your hands either on your belly,

On your chest.

Make sure you connect with your own body.

Feel when you breathe in,

Breathe out,

And breathe out.

Feel more and more grounded.

I want you to feel how your body feels.

Is it tense?

Relaxed?

Feel your heart beat fast or slow?

Just observe without judgement.

Whatever you feel right now is perfectly fine.

You are probably here because you feel you are lacking self-love or self-confidence.

First of all,

I want you to know that you are not alone.

There are so many people out there that feel a lack of self-confidence and self-love.

You are not alone in this journey.

But know that you deserve all the love that's within you.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

You can be proud of the person who you are today.

And it doesn't matter where you are at this point in your life.

Know that where you are right now is exactly where you are supposed to be.

And maybe you are not where you want to be yet.

But still be proud of who you are today working towards where you want to be.

It's not the big mountain on top of the mountain.

It's about the journey towards becoming the version you want to be.

And you are perfect just the way you are.

Sometimes because of limiting beliefs and beliefs that we tell ourselves is true.

We get so caught up into telling ourselves that we're not good enough,

Not worthy.

But I'm telling you here,

You are worthy.

You are enough.

The moment you came into this world,

You were perfect.

And you still are.

The only change that happened is that our mind started to work.

Our mind was filtering everything that's coming at us.

It filtered all the information coming in.

And it stored in our minds,

Our beliefs,

Our values,

Our memories.

So we can try to make sense of the world.

But know that whatever you are telling yourself,

You can change it.

And during this meditation,

I want to guide you in changing that neural path in your brain to learn something different.

To learn to come back to who you really are and not what society or people or your environment tells you you are.

Not the beliefs that you told yourself.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And repeat after me.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am perfect just the way I am.

I believe I'm a good person.

And oh,

I believe I'm beautiful.

I am beautiful from the inside.

And I am beautiful from the outside.

I am proud of the person who I am today.

I have so much potential within me.

I am happy with what I have.

I am not too much for the right person.

I will be just enough.

I am comfortable in my own skin.

I am confident in my own skin.

I can do more than I think I can.

I love myself.

And with every inhalation,

I want you to feel your whole body with love and light.

Feel it all the way to your toes and your fingertips.

And with every exhalation,

Let go of all the self-doubt.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel yourself with self-love.

And with every exhalation,

Let go of all the doubt and fears that have been in your mind.

Take a deep breath in and tell yourself,

I'm confident and I'm full of love.

Take a deep breath out and let go of the fear of being not good enough.

Take a deep breath in to your nose.

Feel yourself with love all the way to your toes.

And let go of everything that's been holding you back from feeling confident.

Repeat it one more time.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel your whole body up with love and light towards yourself.

And with your out breath,

Send all that love that you feel for yourself out there in the world.

Because you know if you love yourself unconditionally,

If you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin,

That's what you will send out to the world.

People feel that.

But most important,

You will feel that.

You will feel that you're attracting more abundance,

More confidence,

More self-love.

Feel comfortable and confident in your own body.

Feel confident in who you are.

Because you're perfect just the way you are.
