Queen Jessica here.
Today I'm going to take you on a little journey with my voice and your mind.
Today I want for us to focus on possibilities.
Shifting mindset comes with dedication,
Practice and exploration.
In order for us to create,
We have to commit to the possibilities of dreaming,
Of believing,
Of fantasizing,
Of exploring.
Creation does not happen solely from what exactly we are or where exactly we are.
But instead it comes from the possibility,
The belief in the dream.
So for these next few minutes,
I want to invite you to find a cozy spot,
To find a place that you can sit down,
Sink into and allow your mind to wander.
A place where you feel safe and comfortable to maybe close your eyes.
Or if you're in a space that doesn't feel comfortable,
Perhaps you can find a still wall or an object outside of you to just fix your gaze on as an example of what it is to be still.
So as we prepare to move into this guided exploration of self,
Of possibility,
Of fantasy,
Of creation,
Let's begin with finding our breath.
At any moment that we are alive,
We are breathing,
Our breath is what keeps us here on this earth.
It's what connects us to our body.
It clears our mind,
It opens our heart,
It expands our belly,
It nourishes our soul.
Our breath can take us many places.
It can activate,
It can energize,
It can clear and clean,
And it can hold our breath.
Our breath is what keeps us here.
So let's breathe.
In this moment just breathe.
And I want for you to be an observer of your breath.
In this moment there is no control,
There just is.
So as you breathe,
Explore what does it feel like as the air enters and leaves your body.
So as you continue to breathe and allow your breath to move in through your nose,
Down through your throat,
Into your chest,
Heart,
Belly,
And abdomen,
I want for you to just witness and to allow your mind to wander.
To listen to the words that I say and allow them to plant seeds of possibility in your mind.
To just let the words that you hear create space.
And as you continue to breathe,
Just allow your imagination to take over.
So let's breathe.
Here are possibilities.
I am strong.
I am wise and caring.
I am kind and passionate.
I allow love in and I give love.
My life is abundant.
I am financially free.
I see all the beauty that surrounds me.
I take only what I need.
And I give wholeheartedly.
It is okay for me to rest,
To take a break.
It is okay for me to feel exactly how I feel today.
There's no right or wrong.
There just is.
And I am exploring all that is possible.
All that surrounds me.
All that lives within me.
And all the things I've never known.
I have permission to be free to express,
To move,
To explore all the parts of my body.
I am brave and courageous and I do not guard or block love and intimacy.
The things that I imagine are possible.
And I work every day to make them happen.
As I work,
I also rest.
As I rest,
I also play.
Because I am balanced.
I am living a life that feels nourishing and whole.
My body feels strong.
My heart is open.
I use my voice to speak up and speak out and say the things that are true to me without hesitation and without harm.
Here I am in this moment,
Existing wildly,
Freely,
And at peace.
Now for these next few breaths,
What words do you want to say?
What words do you need to hear?
Because you hold the power within you to create the words,
To create the stories,
To imagine and dream and believe in all of your possibilities.
So if it fits you in this moment,
Find the words you need to hear and say them inside your mind.
Release them from your lips.
Whatever is fitting for you.
You speak,
I'll breathe.

So to close us out today,
I want to leave you with a little affirmation,
A little word,
A few words that you can take with you.
When we hold onto anything,
It becomes a part of us.
Our breath can move what we want to release and activate our passions,
Purpose,
And possibility.
As we inhale,
We can create space.
As we exhale,
We can create release.
So as you continue to navigate into and through this day and the one that follows in any moment,
In every moment,
Return to your breath and just breathe.
