This is a self-care meditation which aims to help you find inner peace.

Inner peace during stressful times,

Giving you the ability to emotionally recharge on your own so you can be at your best.

Let's take some time now to get comfortable.

In a chair,

Feet flat on the floor.

Just let your body relax.

Let's take a big deep breath in.

Feeling our bodies start to slow down.

Noticing our minds have already switched off from the day.

Let's take another deep breath in.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself walking down a sandy ocean path.

This path is leading you to a tropical beach that's lined with palm trees and it's completely empty.

No one else is around so you will be free to be completely still and on your own.

As you're walking down the sandy path,

You notice the sand feels really soft under your feet.

The air is warm and the salty sea breeze blows on your skin.

You're noticing how being on this beach makes you feel completely at ease.

Up ahead,

You notice that there is a chair,

A chair that looks comfortable and is ready for you to sit down on.

A chair that is just for you.

You reach the chair on the beach and you sit down.

Start making yourself comfortable and notice how good it feels to slow down.

How good it feels to be completely on your own.

As your body starts to slow down,

So does your mind,

All of your cares start to drift away.

So let's just take a moment to enjoy this.

This very special place,

This very private place.

This very special place,

This very private place.

As you're feeling more relaxed and completely at ease,

You decide that you would now like to go for a swim in the ocean to cool down.

You stand up,

You walk towards the water and feel the waves start to splash onto your feet.

You get deeper and deeper,

Feeling how fresh and cool the water feels on your skin.

The water is washing away all of your troubles and all of your cares.

So just take some time now to enjoy this soft and gentle swim in the ocean.

And as you're feeling more relaxed and completely at ease,

You decide that you would now like to go for a swim in the ocean to cool down.

As you're now feeling more calm and rested,

You know that it is time to return home.

So you start to walk out of the ocean,

Feeling the water drip down your body and onto the sand.

You start to dry yourself off with a towel,

Start to put on your shoes and then begin to walk back along the sandy path in which you came.

You know this warm private tropical beach is a place where you can come any time.

It's always available to you when you want to find inner peace.

It's always a calm place for you to be in any situation.

Start to notice that your attention now is coming back into the room that you are in,

Feeling the chair underneath you holding you up.

You slowly start to wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

Take a big deep breath in and when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

What a wonderful practice. I could instantly picture myself on the beach and felt quite more relaxed and present afterwards. Great narration and music with just enough sound effects to set the mood. Bookmarking this one for sure!
