A 30-minute meditation around body-centres, to reconnect, balance, and bring awareness to the body as a whole. Our way of being. A version of vertical and inner centers, secular and somatic-sensitive. The meditation will start standing and continue seated. It can be very well done on a chair and does not need not be cross-legged (so that the practice can be linked more to everyday life postures as well, for example).
From length, this might be more "medium", but can also be a try for beginners and can inspire some embodied options for practice. Start of sequences (min.): Intro (0) standing (1.25) seated (11.10).
