Beate is fond of continuous explorations in a variety of modalities and provides a fundus of experience: Personal growth, shadow work, authentic communication, inner peacework, conflict handling, emotional release, breathwork, resourcing, re-connection, courage... She provides daily life applicabilities and practicalities up to a broader vision of time and self-management, psychology/somatics in roles and being, trans-generational shadow work, gender, culture, spaces, and climate... Flexible body, flexible mind. She also likes being social as well as having quiet time, body movement, expression and dance in general, conscious dance and movement, Butoh, Laban, vocalising/singing/sound, walking and hiking, balancing sports, self-exploration workshops, foods and regularly tries out things she did not do before!
