Hello my friends,

To begin this meditation I invite you to position your hands in a receiving posture.

Put them together in front of you,

Palms up,

Slightly cupped,

As though someone is about to place something in your hands.

Close your eyes if it is safe and helpful for you to do so.

Quiet your mind,

Release all negative self-judgment,

And observe a comfortable body position where you can be relaxed,

With your hands still in the receiving position.

Imagine the universe,

Or the divine,

Or whatever imagery is helpful for you,

Pouring love and affection over you and into your receiving hands.

Imagine them saying,

You are good.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

Now,

Say the phrase to yourself,

You are good.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

Say this phrase again,

Only change the words You are to I am.

I am good.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Continue to receive.

And now,

Place your hands on your heart,

And place these words on your heart.

I am good.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

And say it again,

I am good.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Good.

Now,

Raise your hands to the skies in gratitude,

And repeat again,

I am good.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am good.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Whenever you feel ready,

Lower your hands to a natural resting position,

And slowly flutter your eyes open if you've had them closed.

And as you go about your day,

Please remember that you are good,

You are worthy,

And you are enough.
