Lent: You Are Good (Genesis 1)

Day Fourteen of Lent. This meditation is inspired by Genesis 1.

During this meditation, and for the first two weeks of this series we meditate upon the Voice of God. What is God saying to us?

Hello my beloveds, Welcome to day 14 of our Lent meditation series. Today's meditation is a gentle reminder that Genesis chapter 1 comes before chapter 3. To get into it, Let's close our eyes, Quiet our minds, Observe a posture of non-judgment, And allow our spirits to be embraced by peace and loving-kindness. You are good. You are God's very good creation. You are born of goodness. You are the very good creation of the Source, The Source of all good things, The Source of all goodness. You are good. This, This is your true identity. This is your eternal identity. Before the world began, Before the cosmos began, Now and forever, You are good. Goodness is your true and eternal identity. You are born of goodness. You are created from the Source of goodness. You are a child of God. You are God's very good creation. You are created from the goodness, By the goodness, Out of the goodness. You are good. Thank you for sharing this tender, Sacred space with me, My beloveds. May grace and peace, Light and love, Be with you.
