Note: During this meditation, I use two Hebrew words: 1.) YHWH - one of the Names of God in the Hebrew Bible. And (2.) Yeshua - Jesus in Hebrew (this would have been how he & the people of his time would have pronounced his name.

Hello my dear friends. For today and tomorrow's meditations, We're going to be focusing on the specific spiritual fruit of peace. Let us begin this meditation by being still. Find a quiet space free of distraction if you can. I invite you to turn your cell phone notifications off and be still. Close your eyes if it is safe and helpful and be still. And in that stillness, Adopt an attitude of gratitude and non-judgment. Start with yourself, Allowing yourself to feel free of self-criticism, Especially when it comes to this meditation. And extend that attitude of gratitude and non-judgment toward others and even situations. And that will organically lead you to a heart and mindset of peace and loving kindness. And now, Let us meditate upon some words from scripture. The peace of Yahweh, Which surpasses all understanding, Will guard your hearts and minds in Yeshua, The Christ. The peace of Yahweh, Which surpasses all understanding, All understanding, That peace will guard your hearts, That peace will guard your minds. The peace of Yahweh will guard your hearts and minds in Yeshua, The Messiah. The peace of Yahweh is beyond comprehension. The peace of Yahweh is beyond comprehension. It surpasses and transcends all understanding. And will keep your hearts and your minds calm and safe and comforted. May you find this peace, This calm, This comfort in Yeshua.
