Today's meditation is an exercise in cultivating the spiritual fruit we observed yesterday,
The spiritual fruit of gentleness.
Let's begin by being still.
This simply means to be comfortable and relaxed in mind,
Body and spirit,
And to close your eyes if that is safe and conducive for calm and focus.
Allow yourself the space and grace to meditate without self-judgment.
Remember,
There is no wrong way to meditate and embrace a heart and mindset of peace and loving kindness.
For this meditation,
Let us revisit the receiving position we've observed a few times throughout this series.
With good body posture and cupped hands,
Let us receive God's gentleness.
Let us receive gentleness.
Let us hold a gentle spirit.
Receive gentleness.
Let's just continue to sit in this moment for a few more moments,
Receiving gentleness.
And now I invite you to position your hands in the prayer position,
Another one we've observed throughout this series.
And once you are ready,
