Hey Hearkeners,
Welcome to today's meditation on this 7th day of our Beatitudes series.
As we enter into meditation today,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Notice that by simply closing our eyes,
Our minds get quieter,
Our bodies become more relaxed,
Our spirit becomes more still.
Let's enter this meditation with this spirit of stillness.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they will be called the children of God.
The people who strive to make peace will end up happy,
Because they will inherit all that is.
Happy are the peacemakers,
For they are the children of light.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they will be called the children of God.
The God of peace will bless the peacemakers,
The children of YHWH Shalom.
The wagers of war will destroy themselves and one another,
And once they've burned their own empires to the ground,
What remains will rise like a phoenix from the ashes and fill the cosmos with shalom,
Peace,
And wholeness.
Blessed are the makers of peace.
Blessed are the seekers of peace,
For they are the children of the Divine.
The people who strive to make peace will be happy,
Because they will inherit all that is.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they will be called the children of God.
