Day One in our Beatitudes series. This series is inspired by the section of Yeshua’s famous “Sermon on the Mount” commonly referred to as “The Beatitudes” or the “Blessed Are The’s”. The passage can be found in Matthew 5:3-12.

Transcript

Hello my friends and welcome to the first day of our beatitude series.

To begin this meditation and this series,

I invite you to close your eyes.

Notice that with the simple act of closing your eyes,

Your mind gets quieter,

Your body becomes more relaxed,

Your spirit becomes more still.

Let's enter this space together with this spirit of stillness.

Blessed are the poor in spirit,

For theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.

The people who are poor in spirit will end up happy,

Because they will inherit the divine empire of light and love.

The people who depend on the divine will be happy in the end,

For the kingdom of the heavens belongs to them.

Blessed are the poor in spirit,

For theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.

Elohai Neshamah,

The lover of my soul,

Will bless the poor in spirit.

The people who trust in the divine will be happy,

Because they will inherit the love empire.

The people who are poor in spirit will end up happy,

For the kingdom of the heavens belongs to them.

The ones who know they need God are blessed,

Because God's divine kingdom belongs to them.

Blessed are the poor in spirit,

For theirs is the kingdom of the heavens.

Thank you for meditating with me today,

My friends.

May grace and peace,

Light and love,

Be with you.

I love this Christian meditation. I’m new to Christian meditation and others throw too many bible verses at me, but this one literally goes over in different ways but the same bible verse. Will check out more for sure!
