Welcome to this heart clearing and alignment meditation,

Which is going to help you connect to your heart so you can feel more relaxed and be in a state of clarity and love.

Let's get started by just getting grounded.

So find your comfortable position where you feel supported with a fairly straight spine and take a few breaths imagining that you're absorbing sunlight in through the top of your head and you're grounding down into the earth with your exhale,

With roots growing out of your legs or the bottom of your spine.

Just take a couple of slow deep breaths visualizing this light absorbing in through the top and these roots grounding you into the earth.

Now that you're grounded,

Let's get a little bit more relaxed.

You can do this by noticing your muscles,

Noticing any tension or tightness or clenching.

And on the inhale,

Imagine absorbing more of that sunlight into that place.

And on the exhale,

Releasing the tension,

Letting the muscle loosen up.

You can just scan through the body,

Noticing the muscles in your face,

Your head,

Down to your neck and your shoulders,

Down to your chest and your stomach,

Hips and thighs,

Calves,

And feet.

Just letting any tension roll down,

Off.

Now I'd like you to move your attention to your heart space,

The area in your chest where you sense that you feel your heart.

It could be in the center or off to the side or your entire chest or torso.

Wherever you notice your heart and just observing what sensations you notice there.

And maybe what emotions you notice there as well.

Understanding just with curiosity and acceptance.

Now we're going to offer some clearing and healing to this space and connect to it further with the breath.

And I'd like you to start to imagine that you can breathe in and out through your heart.

So you're visualizing and imagining what it would feel like if the air that you're inhaling through your nose or your mouth were actually coming in through your heart space and leaving out of your heart space.

Take a few seconds to figure out how you would like to imagine this and what it would feel like for you.

Once you've got the hang of that and you've taken a few breaths in through the heart and out of the heart.

I'd like you to imagine that any tension or discomfort that you noticed in your heart space has a color and a texture.

And what we're going to do is breathe in through the heart into that color or texture so that we can sort of break it up,

Dissolve it a little and then on the exhale it can blow out and leave your heart.

So you can do this just imagining air coming in and out or you might want to visualize a healing light or color or energy that breathes in and out.

You might try out a white light,

A green light or a pink light or energy.

So we're going to start with the front and back of the heart.

So go ahead and start out by inhaling imagining that the air is absorbing through the front of your heart into that tension or discomfort and exhaling and it blows out your back blowing out as much of that tension or discomfort as you can.

And see if you can do three breaths visualizing this healing energy or air coming in through the front of your heart and blowing out releasing out the back of your heart.

Now we're going to go in the other direction imagining that the healing light or energy absorbs on the inhale through the back of your heart space and leaves out the front.

Two more like that inhaling healing light or energy through the back.

It soaks up into any tension or discomfort and blows out the front releasing as much as you can.

One more.

Now we're going to go ahead and do the sides imagining that you're inhaling that healing light and energy through the left side of your heart space soaking it up into anywhere that needs it blowing out any unneeded unwanted tension through the right side.

Then inhaling that light and energy through the left side exhaling sending it out the right side.

One more like that.

Now let's just clear up that right side breathing in through the right and allowing that tension to blow out like a dust or pixels out the left side.

Two more just like that.

Now let's go ahead with the top and the bottom so you're imagining that that healing light energy air comes in through the top of your head down into your heart space fills it up adds healing to that space and on the exhale releases anything unwanted out the bottom of your body.

You can even visualize it going down into the earth being turned into fertilizer.

Two more in through the top of your head.

Your heart absorbs it and then releases anything you'd like to release out the bottom of your body.

One more like that.

Now we'll breathe in through the bottom of the heart space absorbing that healing and exhaling imagining any tension or discomfort leaving the body through the top of your head.

Two more like that.

Breathing in absorbing that energy through the bottom of your heart space and exhaling allowing any tension or discomfort to leave out the top of your head off the top of your shoulders.

Two more like that in through the bottom and out of the top.

Now we'll do three imagining that your entire heart space can breathe and absorbing the air and healing energy around all sides top and bottom soaking it up and then exhaling releasing anything unwanted or unneeded out of the entire heart space.

Two more like that.

Final one absorbing as much light healing as you can.

Really feeling it there in your heart space and breathing out any last bit of discomfort.

And we'll just take a few more wholehearted breaths imagining that each breath opens and expands all of the qualities of your heart further and further and any closed or tight feelings in your heart are able to open up or expand.

So you can visualize that the energy of your heart grows expands and opens with each of these breaths.

So go ahead and inhale seeing your heart energy growing inflating and exhale seeing it expand and absorb all throughout your body.

Inhale and exhale it expands throughout your body and your space.

Inhale it grows even larger.

Inhale it expands and sends love all throughout your space.

And we'll just close up with some gratitude for your heart.

So I'd like you to place your hands on your heart in a way that feels loving and supportive and I'd like you to just thank your heart for all that it does and has done.

All of its hard work and all of the love it has given and received.

Really sending that love and gratitude to your heart.

And when that feels complete you can go ahead and start to bring your awareness back into the present by opening your eyes moving your body in any stretch or movement that you feel called to do.

And you can go ahead and go about your day and bring the energy of your heart with you.
