Hello,

Welcome to this guided imagery meditation where we are going to be discovering a place where you can go in your mind whenever you need some healing,

Relaxation,

Or just some time to be yourself.

So I'd like you to find a position where you feel comfortable and supported.

You can sit or lay down and close your eyes and take a few slow deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth.

I'd like you to think of a place that feels safe and calm to you.

And for this meditation,

We need a place where there's no other people and a place that doesn't have any negativity or drama associated with it.

So this might be a place that you've been before,

Or it might be a place you've never been.

It might even be a place that doesn't even exist.

It could be something that you make up entirely in your imagination.

So once you've decided what that place will be,

I'd like you to imagine that there's a secret entrance to this place that only you know about.

And maybe you travel down some stairs or through a tunnel to get to your space.

So I'd like you to visualize stepping through that entrance.

The view opens up.

You step out into your space.

Take a minute to look around,

Notice what you see in your space.

And I'd like you to also notice that all around the outside of this space is a crystal shield.

This is a shield that keeps out anything that you don't want in your space.

So when thoughts come into your mind that you don't want to have at this time,

You can visualize them hitting that crystal shield,

Bouncing off and not entering your space.

I'd like you now to notice the smell of this place.

Maybe it smells like flowers or sea water,

Rain.

Maybe it smells like your grandmother.

Now I'd like you to notice the sounds in this place.

What can you hear?

Maybe water,

Animals.

Now I'd like you to notice some things that you can touch or feel in this space.

So see yourself moving around,

Picking up some different items.

Now you're going to spend some time finding out what you like to do in this space.

So go ahead and see and feel yourself moving around.

Maybe you want to play or dance.

Maybe you put up a hammock or find a place where you love to sit and relax.

Just spend some time moving around in your space,

Doing whatever it is that you feel like would be a fun or interesting thing to do.

Now I'd like you to imagine a healing entity,

Energy,

Or even an animal that you want to invite into this space.

This could be a spirit guide,

An angel,

Ancestor,

Or just a healing,

Loving light or an energy of love.

Welcome that into your space and spend some time with it.

Now I'd like you to take one last look around this beautiful place.

And I'd like you to think of a word or a symbol that represents this place.

And once you have it,

I'd like you to see yourself saying this word or drawing this symbol somewhere in the space.

This word or symbol is going to be your anchor to come back to this place when you need to.

So now I'd like you to travel back to that tunnel or staircase that you entered the space from.

Seal it up and see yourself leaving.

Coming back to the here and now.

Try to notice sensations in your body.

Maybe wiggle your fingers or your toes or stretch a little bit.

Take a look around the room.

And whenever you need some healing,

Some relaxation,

Or some time to be yourself,

I want you to think of that word or symbol and take a moment to go back to your place.
