This meditation guides you through a technique you can use to reduce emotional or physical pain. You will be guided through a process to identify and describe the discomfort, which can begin to reduce it, and then visualize a healing light to reduce it further. We often want to ignore or distract ourselves from a bad feeling in the hopes that it will go away, but it actually needs to be seen and comforted.
