Good morning and welcome to today's practice on self-love affirmations,

Supporting you to wake up to love.

Take a moment to feel within your seat,

Wherever your physical position may be,

Be it sitting up lotus position or lying down,

Just bring your awareness to your physical space,

Completely feeling into your body from the inside out.

Should it feel supportive to you,

Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze and allow yourself to submerse your awareness with completely within.

As your eyes are closed or your gaze is lowered,

Gradually allow your awareness to be completely withdrawn from the outer world until you are fully immersed within your inner self.

Increasing your awareness,

Completely allow yourself to feel into the breath as it enters in through your nose,

Nourishing every bit of your lungs.

Take a nice deep breath,

Welcoming the breath in,

Feeling the chest rise as it travels down to the base of your lungs and then at full expansion,

Filling the body as it gently eases on the exhalation.

With each and every subtle movement of your chest,

The movement of the air,

Allow the flow of energy to soothe you.

Gently allow your awareness to become one with the energy that is flowing through you.

Notice any tension or resistance.

Know that whatever you feel or experience within these moments,

That it is perfectly okay.

There is no right or wrong way to practice,

Just simply allow yourself to be here now,

Releasing any preconceived notions,

Attachments,

Or expectations to what the practice is supposed to feel like or look like.

Just allowing yourself to flow with each moment as it presents itself.

Gently,

As you feel the breath that is infused throughout you,

You may gently notice that as you go deeper into stillness,

That just a subtle flutter or sensation within your heart space,

Fully tune in into a state of deep listening and feeling,

Not just with your senses or the very things that we can feel that helps connect us with the external world,

But more of that felt inner sense that tunes you in on an energetic level.

And just allow yourself to just be an observation of the breath.

Oftentimes when we still the body,

The mind follows.

So releasing all forcing,

Just be present with whatever is flowing through your awareness.

Should the flow or flood of thoughts scurry about to pull your attention in a different direction,

Just breathe through it,

Bringing your awareness back to the flow and feel of the breath.

Along with the exhale,

Give yourself permission to release any judgment for anything that makes itself apparent or present at the forefront of your awareness.

Whether it's your to-do list,

Obligations,

Or responsibilities that are swirling about pulling for your attention,

Just gently acknowledge it,

See it,

Accept it that it's present and bring your awareness back to noticing the breath.

In these moments,

Allow yourself to truly just feel and be in tune with all that is unfolding moment by moment,

Second by second.

With the start of this new day,

Amidst all the things that await your attention,

You're going to feel into today's affirmation from a space of love.

At any given moment,

Our thoughts,

Actions,

Responses,

Or reactions,

We all have a choice.

We can respond from a space of love or from a space of fear.

And as we're at the beginning of our day,

We're going to set the intention to choose love.

The very habits that have been ingrained within us through the years,

Habits that perhaps no longer serve us,

We always have a choice to choose love.

So when choosing love,

We're going to affirm our power by remembering who you really are.

I am love.

I am ease,

Loving kindness,

And more than anything,

I am enough.

No matter what your day brings about,

Remember and feel into the affirmation.

I am enough.

I am enough.

You are love.

You are light,

Worthy of more good than you can possibly imagine.

So as you step out to begin your day,

Affirm,

I have an open willingness to accept and receive more good than I could possibly imagine.

And to close out this affirmation in this practice,

Affirm at the top of the breath,

Inhaling through the nose,

And so it is.

Sealing it with a trust that everything you could ever hope,

Wish,

Need,

Or desire is already within you.

You are enough.

Wishing you nothing but love and light in this day.
