This practice supports you to extract your attention away from the overwhelming daily stresses to redirect your awareness to the natural rhythmic flow of the breath. With each inhalation and exhalation, the practice guides you to remember who and whose you really are, a divine spiritual being, held, supported, and immersed in divine love. Release any resistance, and feel the universal truth that you are enough, always have been, and always will be.

This is Sonia with a self-love practice.

Take a few moments to bring your awareness to your breath.

Observe the natural rhythm and flow of your inhalation and exhalation.

Feel into the air as it enters in through your nose,

The way your chest expands and on the release.

And immerse yourself into the fluid flowing motion of the breath as you breathe.

Bring in your awareness.

From being attentive to distractions,

Bring your awareness inward.

Gently close your eyes or lightly lower your gaze and bring your physical body into a still state.

Allow the flow and feeling of the breath to soothe you as you focus on your breath.

Notice any tension that may be present within your physical space.

Any type of resistance that's present within the breath and allow yourself to let go and release on the exhale.

As you feel,

Immerse yourself with how you feel.

Far too often,

We become more focused on how we believe we should feel and respond.

Versus how we're really feeling within ourselves.

So take a moment to check in with yourself and notice how you feel within your physical space.

Observe what arises to the top.

Release in any judgment or self critique.

Keep in mind that there's no right or wrong way to practice.

Just allow yourself to just simply be.

The affirmation or intention for today's practice is I am enough.

I am enough.

So much of social media and just the culture and the way we interact and go about our day can make us feel that we're lacking something or that we need to obtain or achieve something in order to deem ourselves worthy.

Tune into how it feels within your physical space,

Allowing yourself to breathe through it.

Tension is something that can rise.

Waves,

Sometimes it can be unexpected.

Just allow yourself to feel what's present without trying to change or shift.

And as you continue to breathe at the top of the breath,

Affirm I am enough.

I am enough.

You are a divine spiritual being with the ability to do all things.

As you affirm that you are enough,

Feel anywhere that there's tension that arises around that,

Continuing to breathe through it.

You are light,

You are love,

And you are divine.

From the moment you entered into this incarnation,

You had every single thing you could ever possibly need,

Hope for,

Or desire.

So no matter what a situation may present itself or how things may seem with the naked eye or what physical evidence may show,

Remember to take a few moments to pause,

Breathe,

And reconnect with who you really are.

Beyond all the things that the world may affirm or lead us to believe that we are not,

You already are.

I am enough,

Always have been,

Always will be.

Remember to breathe and reconnect with the truth of your being.

I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation for you being in practice,

And I would like for you to do the same.

Have a wonderful day.
