In this meditation / pep talk, I highlight seven perspectives to reconnect you to the power of your strength, your authenticity, your influence, your worthiness, and so much more. As you sink more deeply into your breath, you will open to the truth of your expansiveness, and with several intentional affirmations, you will rest with clarity in your power. At least that's my hope!

Hi there and welcome to this meditative pep talk.

Let's start by getting comfortable however that looks and feels for you.

If you'd like to sit up or lie down in lotus position or with your feet planted on the ground in a chair,

Make yourself comfortable and breathe in a fashion that is most comfortable for you as well,

Whether that's in and out through your nose,

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

In and out through your mouth.

As we come together,

Just create comfort and remember that it is always within your power to consider your comfort and to make choices to activate more comfort in your experience.

So as we settle in,

Let me start by saying that you are beautiful,

Worthy,

And enough exactly as you are.

And though you may hear that statement and shake your head in denial of it,

There is a place within you,

Your heart,

That knows without question the statement is true.

Which is to say no matter what you think about yourself,

Now or whenever,

You are imbued with a heart that knows only how to love you and how to remind you of your beauty,

Worth,

And enoughness.

So as you continue to settle into your body and into your breath in a comfortable way,

There are many things I'd love for you to consider.

Number one,

There are people in this world who light up at the thought of you,

Whose hearts warm when they see your face or hear your voice,

Who feel lucky to call you friend or family.

There are people who have been touched by your heart,

Your wisdom,

And your gifts,

Even if you were unaware of it.

All this to say,

Your presence here matters.

You matter.

If your mind is suggesting otherwise,

It's lying to you again,

As minds often do.

Sink into your heart and root yourself in the truth of your worth.

Again,

You matter.

We need you here.

Now I want to invite you to take a deep breath and repeat the following statement,

Either silently or out loud,

I am worthy,

I am needed,

And I matter.

Number two in this pep talk,

Your truth is in no way rooted in the opinions of others.

So don't let the opinions of others uproot you from your truth.

Stand strong in who you are,

Free and undeniable,

And let the singular light you cast be colored with authenticity.

Now take a deep breath and repeat the following statement,

Either silently or out loud.

I am willing to honor and express what feels most true within me.

Number three,

Don't forget about all those other times you did exactly what you thought you couldn't do.

Instead of focusing on all the times you failed or fallen short,

Why not focus on all the times you didn't?

Why not consider all the different ways you've already done exactly what it is you're trying to do now?

You have confronted your fears before,

You have pushed beyond your comfort zone,

You have had uncomfortable conversations,

And the list goes on.

Please don't waste time convincing yourself you can't do it.

You can do it.

You probably already have done it many times in many different ways.

Now take a deep breath and repeat the following statement,

Either silently or out loud.

I will acknowledge the times I show up for myself in a healthy and supportive way.

Number four,

It's what you do from this moment on that matters the most.

It will always be what you do from this moment on that matters the most.

You are not bound to any path laid out by past traumas,

Fears,

Or insecurities.

Not when you decide to open yourself to the endless possibilities that live in each present moment.

Your power really does live in the now.

As long as you are breathing,

It can never be too late to change the course of your life.

Now take a deep breath and repeat the following statement,

Either silently or out loud.

I am empowered to create whatever changes in my life I seek to create.

Number five in this pep talk,

Sometimes it's about making different choices and sometimes it's about finding acceptance with the choices you're making.

Maybe you don't need to change as much as your mind says you need to.

What would happen if you were to bring compassion and acceptance to wherever you are right now?

Let's take a deep breath and repeat the following statement,

Either silently or out loud.

I invite in deeper acceptance for myself,

My choices,

And my life.

Number six,

Let yourself feel whatever it is you're feeling without needing to make sense of it or justify it or have others feel okay about it.

And remember that feelings are fleeting,

All of them eventually.

Hold on to the mantra,

This too shall pass,

When it feels like you've got nothing else to hold on to.

Now take a deep breath and repeat the following statement,

Either silently or out loud.

It is safe for me to feel my feelings and even the most difficult feelings will eventually pass.

Lastly,

Number seven,

There will never be a single reason to give up on yourself.

No matter what your mind tells you,

Not one single reason.

So don't waste your precious energy even thinking about it.

Now take a deep breath and repeat the following statement,

Either silently or out loud.

I believe in myself and will support myself no matter what.

Before we close out today,

It bears repeating once more.

You are beautiful,

You are worthy,

And you are enough,

Exactly as you are.

You always have been and you always will be.

I hope this pep talk supported you in a good way.

Much love.
