Hi,

Welcome to Heal with Shai.

Today we are here to meditate and manifest our dreams through this guided meditation.

First let's get you settled.

Find a comfortable place.

You can lie down or take the support of a wall if you are sitting.

Keep your body relaxed.

Close your eyes.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your neck.

Keep your arms on your knees if you are sitting or just spread it out on the bed if you are lying down.

Drop your body onto the floor or on the bed.

Relax the muscles of your face and take a deep breath in.

Fill your belly.

Inhale and exhale.

Exhale all the air that you have inside till the last breath.

Take your time.

Now bring a gentle smile on your face.

A gentle smile without any reason because you deserve to feel happy for this moment.

For this moment to be here.

Bring a gentle smile and relax.

You are going to manifest your dreams through this guided meditation.

Relax your mind.

Relax your body.

Forget about the entire day.

You might not have had a good day.

You might have had a good day.

Doesn't matter.

What matters is that you are here right now.

You are here right now dedicating this time for yourself and in this moment you are healthy,

You are breathing,

You are here.

That's what matters.

Now take a deep breath into your belly.

Fill your belly,

Fill your lungs with air and exhale through your nose.

One more time,

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale,

Fill your belly.

Take all the oxygen well into your body.

Feel yourself feeling light and all good because of good flow of oxygen in yourself.

And exhale.

Exhale all that you can.

Now just keep breathing normally.

Take it easy.

Keep breathing normally and observe.

Observe how you are feeling inside.

How you are feeling in your body.

What is the temperature?

Is it hot?

Is it cold?

How is your body feeling to you?

Is it calm?

Is it stressed?

Is it nervous?

Is it restless?

Is it anxious?

Is it happy?

How do you feel?

Just observe.

No judgement.

As you observe,

Keep your focus on your breath and be conscious,

Be aware of how you are feeling.

Be an audience of your emotions,

Of your feelings without any judgement.

And if you are feeling calm and peaceful,

You can smile a little more.

You can smile a little more anyways,

Doesn't matter.

What matters is that you are here and you are here to feel good,

Here to relax.

Because the more you relax,

The more you are calm,

The better your dreams are going to be sewn into your grounds like seeds.

Now take a deep breath again into your belly.

Fill your lungs with air and exhale.

Inhale everything.

You can exhale from your mouth if you want to.

Just feel relaxed.

Again inhale to your belly.

Just fill your belly like a balloon.

And exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Just feel how light you are when you are exhaling.

One more time,

Inhale,

Inhale full oxygen,

Full volume.

And exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Now that you have exhaled,

Keep breathing normally.

Just keep breathing normally.

Keep observing.

Keep observing how you are feeling inside.

Are you feeling better?

Are you feeling more calmer?

Are you feeling relaxed,

Lighter than before?

Just observe.

And feel dropping into a dreamy state.

The more you relax with each breath,

Fall into a dreamy state.

There is nothing to worry about.

Just relax and fall into a dreamy state.

Let go and relax.

Now think about one thing,

Just one thing that you want desperately right now.

Or something that you want as a priority to manifest into your life very,

Very soon.

Just one thing.

Just think about it.

Think exactly what you want.

Be clear.

Be clear about what exactly you are looking for.

How you want it to be.

How you want the result to look like.

Are you looking for love?

Then what kind of love?

Is there anyone else involved?

How do you see yourself with them?

Be clear.

Are you looking for a career success?

What kind of career?

Where do you see yourself?

Doing what kind of work?

What is the role that you want yourself to play?

Be clear.

Whatever you want as your first priority to manifest,

Just visualize it and be clear in what you want.

All right?

Now Now,

Just in your mind,

Ask the Universe to kindly accept whatever desire you have in your mind and fulfill it.

Be kind when you are asking for it,

Fill it with love.

And as you ask,

Believe it.

Believe that it is going to happen.

It is going to happen because you believe in it.

And if you don't believe in it,

I think it's time for you to recheck your priorities.

Once you have asked the Universe,

The Supreme Power,

In and around you for fulfilling your desire that you just imagined and visualized,

Now just let go.

Let go of the result.

Let go of the outcome.

Just imagine that your desire,

Your dreams are surrendering in front of the Universe,

Surrendering into ether,

Into the air around you,

Setting you free,

Setting you free from any kind of expectation.

Because happiness is not just in what you have asked.

Happiness is here,

In this moment.

Even when you do not have what you desire,

You are still happy.

Let go and believe whatever you have asked for will happen.

Or something better than what you have asked for can happen.

Release,

Let go and feel the freedom in your heart.

Just feel so light that you have given it to the Universe.

And it's all going to happen at the right time.

Manifesting in front of you gradually,

Very very slowly,

But it will all manifest.

Believe and let go.

Now take a deep breath into your belly,

Fill your lungs and exhale.

Exhale completely.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

One more time,

Inhale,

Exhale.

And exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.

Take your time,

Take your time,

It's okay.

You can smile again,

Bring a beautiful smile to your face.

Because you know that you have asked for something you desire and it's going to manifest.

So you can smile a little more this time.

Everything is good,

Everything is beautiful,

Everything is for you,

For you and not against you.

You can drift off with this thought or you can stay in your meditation pose for a bit more.

Take your time,

Relax,

Rejuvenate,

Be happy.
