Hi,

Welcome to Heal with Shai.

And today's episode is,

Not All Days Are Blue.

Are you tired?

I mean,

Not just physically,

But mentally and emotionally.

Are you saying it's enough in your heart as you take on your struggles every single day?

Well,

I'm right here with you.

And there's more to what you're feeling right now.

Firstly,

Take a deep breath in and exhale out.

Let your belly fill in the air and exhale letting your belly sink in.

Take two more deep breaths in and out.

Give yourself permission to let go and open your heart and mind without any inhibition.

Yesterday,

There were dark stormy clouds above me.

It poured heavily with terrible storms and windy nights.

And I was almost awake the entire night,

Scared to shut my eyes.

Thunder and lightning making my heart pound and I thought this is just going to be the end.

The clouds shattering without a break.

I felt almost how we feel when we are struggling day after day after day.

We keep pushing ourselves and keep moving.

And move until one day we feel we can't move anymore.

Our feet and legs are too tired,

Eyes shutting for a deep slumber.

And we sleep.

We need more sleep and so did I slept too,

While being scared and worried looking at the scary dark clouds above me.

But when I opened my eyes today morning,

A hint of golden yellow with pale red softly making its way through the curtains to my room,

Touching the top of my skin.

And when I looked outside the sun was smiling bright and there were clouds too.

But the clouds were white and fluffy,

Making different patterns and colors with the sunlight.

The same clouds that turn stormy and violent can become soft and beautiful just like a blessing hovering above us.

Not all clouds are scary.

Not all clouds pour heavy.

Some of them float gently towards us to make us believe how beautiful it can be when the light flows through it.

Making us believe that not all days have bad weather.

Not all days are blue.

We need to fight that light.

The light of hope and faith shining in our heart and wait for the beautiful fluffy marshmallowy kind of clouds to drift towards us.

In times of crisis,

This light is what is going to let you pass to the other side of the bad weather.

Hold on to your belief,

Hold on to your faith,

Hold on a bit longer to what you have struggled for.

The same stormy clouds can become a blissful gentle cloud so you can your days of struggle and crisis turn into a smoother,

Joyful,

Seamless,

Healthy life.

Life is a balance.

If you are experiencing pain,

Suffering,

Sadness,

Know that your days of joy,

Love,

Happiness are also here.

You just need to believe and hold on to the light within your heart because not all days are blue.

Some are as colorful as you could possibly imagine.
