An end of day meditation for releasing everything the day is still asking you to carry into the night, an unfinished conversation, a task left undone, a feeling there was never quite time for. Using a slow progressive body release paired with a long, cooling exhale, this practice helps your body stop bracing so genuine rest can begin. Nothing left unresolved needs solving tonight. It will still be there tomorrow, exactly where you left it. This session is designed to trail gently into sleep rather than end with a defined close, so there is no need to come back to full alertness afterward. A gentle bedtime meditation for stress, overwhelm, and the particular kind of tired that will not switch off on its own. This is a good pick to build into a nightly wind down routine, especially on nights when the mind is reluctant to let the day go.
