Let's close your eyes.
Just always good to begin with a few slow breaths,
Especially on the way out breathing as if you're breathing out of a straw.
Again,
This is your way of signaling to your biology that you're safe.
And we're all coming from somewhere,
Something that we've been doing or processing or experiencing.
And so you're transitioning now to a new space with from people,
New environment.
And just so take the time to recognize that there's something that's changing.
It's a configuration or a feeling or a settling.
You're in some configuration,
You're coming into a new configuration,
And there's going to be a response that your body and your mind has to that.
And so becoming deeply aware of this shift that is happening and not putting any specific expectation on your body or your mind that it has to be any certain way now,
But it's welcome to transition into this space at its own pace.
Personally for me,
If I step into a room with a lot of people,
Even people I know,
Usually there's anxiety for me first.
It's like trying to find my way into the space.
So it's just like welcoming all the parts,
All the protectors,
Whatever concerns you have and thoughts you have.
Maybe you were doing something really logistical that required a lot of mental capacity.
And so just letting all that stuff begin to kind of relax and you know,
You're here to give yourself time to process energy.
And so there might be other stuff going on in your life,
But like give yourself permission to really,
Really be here.
Like know that this time doing this kind of work makes everything else that you do happen at a higher level of performance.
So this is not detracting you from what you think you need to get done.
It's here to actually enhance everything that you do.
And really finding your butt,
Finding your legs or lower part of your body,
Your extremities.
Noticing its contact with whatever material,
Whatever thing that you might be sitting in.
Hey Claire,
Maybe even noticing your posture a little bit.
And we've all kind of grew up,
You know,
I grew up in a house where they told me to stand up straight and all that kind of stuff.
And so just noticing your shoulders and maybe you're holding them up a little bit,
Just kind of relaxing those.
And then the spine is actually supposed to have a curve in it,
Your neck too.
So standing up straight actually is a bad piece of advice.
Try to imagine a spine like a stack of coins that's settling onto itself.
And then noticing your neck posture and just play with this for a moment.
Just kind of lean your head a little bit more back,
Not all the way back,
But maybe like halfway or three quarters back so your chin starts coming up.
And then see as you start moving it forward,
If you find that there's kind of like a center point where the head is almost balancing itself.
And it doesn't require so much of your attention or awareness on it.
Usually for me it's like maybe a 10 or 15 degree back type of feeling.
My head almost feels like it's on its own swivel balance point.
This allows the back of my neck to relax.
And in the same token,
Kind of play a little bit with just if you think of your hips as a hinge.
And you're going to move your back forward,
Like forward and back,
Aft and forward,
Whatever.
And see if there's a place where your spine lands that's kind of like its fulcrum,
Its focal point,
That just kind of it's balancing itself.
And you might actually feel this,
Not just physically,
But actually energetically.
Because if there was an energy line that was coming down through your body,
Both vertical and horizontal,
Kind of like the cross.
That symbolism is so important in culture.
So just see if there's a point where you can almost feel like when you move forward,
It's almost like there's a magnet above your head.
And it's almost like you're pulling away from the magnet.
And you can try to pull back and see how there's almost like this really energy rich center point.
See if you can just land and feel that.
And so from the awareness peering back at the body,
Find a place that feels good in your body.
Find like a really pleasant sensation like warmth or expansion.
Like if you just bring your awareness there,
It's just for me,
It's like I start getting chills.
My heart feels open.
I actually start feeling almost like I have,
Funny to say,
But like wings that are opening up in my back.
It's really,
Really beautiful.
It's like there's music playing inside.
And really,
Really bring to your awareness this pleasant sensation.
Allow yourself to feel good.
Allow the pleasure.
Bring to mind something that you're working on right now,
Something you're trying to accomplish,
Something you want to manifest in your life.
And instead of seeing it as non-existent,
Experience it as if it's already happened.
Maybe it's a health or related thing or something in relationships.
Maybe it's monetary or something you really want.
Maybe it's a trip you want to take.
Like see yourself after it's already occurred.
And experience the emotions and the thoughts and the place that you would be after that thing has already taken place.
And find the pleasant sensation in that.
Like all the worries would be gone,
All the concerns,
The fear,
Sacrifices,
Like all that's already happened.
You're just in a place where it's like,
Whoof,
That's fucking great.
And so finding the pleasant sensations in the body there and again,
Bringing our awareness towards the pleasant sensation.
Yeah,
Feels good.
And since we are only aware of the ever present now,
That's all we really ever have.
Time is an illusion,
Something,
A construct that our mind created based on experiences we're having,
But it's only now.
All the universe is coming and going into being like a breath that's being breathed.
And so in your own way,
Know that every shift that you make energetically is influencing both the future and the past.
Even you right now,
That little boy,
That little girl that you think that you were,
You're still influencing them through your experience right now in this moment,
You are passing back information to that vibratory consciousness.
Reinforming your future,
Reinforcing your past,
Reinforcing our lineage and our history.
So what does it feel like to broadcast this pleasant sensation through the timelines,
Your timelines and your lineage timelines into and out of the grid lines that affect and hold this planet together energetically?
In this last few seconds here,
Just kind of internally to yourself,
Make some kind of I am,
Claim to yourself,
Like claim something about you are and say it in a way again.
Not as if it's something you are striving to do as if it's something that's already here.
I am whole,
I am perfect.
I am strong.
I am powerful.
I am loving.
I'm harmonious,
I'm happy.
Maybe it's something you don't let yourself claim ever,
Maybe not often enough.
And again,
Once you claim that feeling,
The vibratory energy of making that claim,
Of owning that thing,
Saying I am this thing.
I am this experience,
I am this being.
And what if you spent a few minutes every day doing something like this,
An exercise,
Not worrying.
Which is fine when it happens.
I just really bring the presence and frequency more than anything.
The frequency,
What's the feeling of that thing?
And can I allow myself to just let that wash over me and grow inside of me so that it becomes the preeminent way that I feel as I walk through my day.
If I knew that what I wanted was as simple as walking to a mailbox and getting that letter out,
How would I feel?
There's no question when you walk to the mailbox that there's going to be a letter waiting for you in there.
It's a trained response.
So can we train ourselves to feel that way about all aspects of our lives?
And cultivating energy within the body,
Letting the free flow happen,
Not constraining ourselves to what we think,
But actually including thought and this experience that even as you feel these things,
If a thought comes in,
It's just seen with complete and utter compassion for the concerns that it has.
At this party,
You get a seat at the table.
I get served a meal that gets to be taken care of.
It all comes with us no matter where we go.
