And we really want to notice as we step into a new environment with new people that there is like a reconfiguration that's happening mentally,

Energetically,

Physically.

We're kind of like these nodes that are pinging everything and everybody around us all the time.

Checking,

Checking,

Checking.

Safety.

Relaxation.

Noticing the shift.

Welcoming yourself to this new space.

You have never been here before.

You've never been here before in this time.

So just inquire.

I don't even need an answer,

But just an inquiry and intention about noticing your configuration right now.

Am I tight?

Am I loose?

I've sat worried,

Calm,

Relaxed.

I'm coming from a different space with a different configuration.

So take a deep breath in and then you exhale,

Breathe out like you're breathing out through a straw.

Nice and slow.

Another deep breath in again,

Exhale like you're breathing out through a straw.

Nice and slow.

Just noticing the chair,

The couch,

The seat,

The bed,

Whatever you're sitting on.

Just noticing that your butt on that chair or whatever.

Really noticing the root and that there's support there for that root.

If something is holding you,

Maybe you can even let go a little bit more into that space.

Let your body go into that.

Actually feel supported,

Feel that you actually don't have to hold your body the same way.

I'm noticing like tension in my lower back that I can relax into a little bit.

Noticing my shoulders are upright towards my neck,

Maybe I can let them go just a little bit.

I'm noticing a tight jaw,

Let that go up in my mouth a little bit.

Little tension between my eyes at the bridge of the nose.

Even noticing tension around my teeth like my gutter.

Even noticing tension around my teeth like my gums feel tense.

You can even check within,

Like check out your brain stem.

Notice you can actually feel your brain stem.

And we'll just hang out there,

You might need a little bit more time with the brain stem.

Again just noticing if we can relax the brain stem,

The front cortex.

Noticing the back of the eyes,

Any tension at the back of the eyes.

And you can always use the breath,

On the in-breath,

Actually like breathe through and towards the back of the eyes.

And noticing the tension on the in-breath and then letting go of the tension on the out-breath.

And then pause in between breaths to see if you can actually notice that there's a shift.

Again we're not here to understand,

We're just glimpsing different parts of ourselves,

Checking out how we're doing.

And check the top of the throat,

Mid-throat,

Lower throat,

How's that going?

Maybe it's tight in there.

And it's not about trying to change it through the breath,

That's not the point.

We're seeing if the breath has any effect,

But it's not about there's a wrong configuration,

Or it needs to be anyway than it is.

We're just here to observe what we notice.

What we notice.

Yeah,

And I can notice you guys noticing your throat and how that affects the group.

So as we do some of the shifts,

Check inside and then also check with the groups if you could feel that there is a subtle shift in the way the group now feels or the way that you feel in relationship to the group.

And whatever your inclination or intuition is about what you're feeling,

Make sure that you're not feeling the same way that you're feeling.

And then we're going to start to see if we can get a little bit more of a shift in the way that your imagination or intuition is about what you're feeling.

My coaching would be just validate it,

Make it true.

No one can tell you if you're doing it right anyway,

So you might as well validate it.

That's how your system works.

Yeah,

Beautiful.

Let's check out your heart and let's meet at the back of the heart.

Just very softly bringing awareness towards your heart and then give the heart a lot of space.

Like if you had a telescope and an aperture,

Make it wider and bring yourself back.

So it might feel like you're bringing your awareness behind your back.

Really giving the heart a lot of space.

Yeah,

And you can see,

You can just play with like zoom in on the heart and see how that makes the heart space feel and then zoom back out.

As if you're watching yourself from a third person point of view.

And try to find that that goldilocks zone where it's not too far away and not too close,

It's just right.

It might feel like a settling in your system when you find it,

Like almost like a sigh wants to come.

It might feel like an increased sensation,

It might feel like a click.

A warming,

A softening,

Anything that just feels a neutral and compassionate.

I would say those are things to look for.

And then check out the connection with the group also.

How does it feel whenever one's aware of their heart at the same time?

And allow yourself to seamlessly connect to the matrix of this group.

Somehow,

Some way just letting awareness travel instantaneously or in its own time.

Just locating all the beautiful consciousness,

Heart energy that's here connecting to the one heart.

I want to remind you that it's all one.

We have contrast,

We say good and evil,

But evil is really just an absence of good.

We say dark and light,

But darkness is really just an absence of light.

Love and hate,

Hate is just an absence of love.

So there's really only ever one thing,

We're actually always looking at one thing.

We're not noticing negative aspects,

We're noticing polarity.

So at any time you can turn your awareness towards the absence of something or you can start practicing turning your awareness towards the abundance of something.

So there's an abundance of energy here right now.

And then there might be parts that you hit that don't believe that or are fighting for something,

Like a truth or a matter of safety or hey I don't believe that or whatever it might be.

Nothing to do,

Just notice that there's a part that has a stake in the reality because it believes that it's going to fulfill its purpose by living in that reality and fighting that war.

And really all that part needs from you is just again neutral compassionate awareness.

It does not want to be negotiated with,

It does not want to be tampered with,

It wants what you want,

It wants its existence.

It wants to be part of something,

It wants to be connected,

It wants to be part of the whole.

And by connecting it,

It too will eventually stop seeing the absence of something.

And when it becomes one,

Reintegrated into your system,

It will start to see the absence of something.

And when it becomes one,

Reintegrated into your system,

Then it's seamless through your system.

It no longer has to fight for anything.

That feels good.

See if you can notice some shift happen there.

Something dropped in.

It feels like a warm,

Gooey,

Chill down my center channel,

Coming from the back of my heart,

Like a waterfall towards the back of my stomach.

Again,

I'm just naming things,

Pointers,

See what you can glimpse through your awareness.

I don't have the right experience.

So now come down to your solar plexus.

This is like right below the sternum there towards the back of the stomach,

Almost like the mid-back.

And for a lot of people,

We notice this solar plexus is very,

Very tight.

It seems to be a very stressed out area of the body,

Over-taxed,

Overburdened.

So really sweetly and softly coming to this part and thanking it for how hard it works on your path.

So much gratitude for this part that just wants it so bad,

Keeps trying,

Just wants to do good and be good in the world.

Yeah,

There you go.

Let's see if you can notice that something shifted there.

That's real.

That's actually happening.

Yep,

That's actually happening.

Mm-hmm.

Nope,

You're not a crazy person.

That's actually happening.

Validate how your system operates.

If you're like,

What the fuck is Guy talking about right now?

But you felt something else,

That's you.

Validate that,

That's true.

As true as anything else.

Now coming more to the front of the belly.

And as you relax your awareness towards the front of the belly,

Because there might be tension there at first.

So just,

Again,

Be with the tension.

Don't run from it.

Notice if your awareness is turning away from tension and you're not to force the awareness back.

I just want you to notice if the feeling is I'm turning away from myself.

Like I don't want to be with that.

And as you bring awareness to the belly,

My invitation is to fill up the belly with you.

Whatever that means for you.

Fill up that belly,

Fill up that space with you.

The qualities here are going to be the qualities of like a mother.

Watery,

Flowy,

Warm,

Almost,

Almost like being an embryo in your mom's uterus.

Just nourishing,

Loving.

Think about how you feel when you get a belly to belly hug,

Versus one of those weird ass out hugs.

When you're touching someone's belly,

There's like a warmth to it.

That's the energy of that area.

This is like the great mother.

Feminine aspect,

Soft understanding.

Breathe into the belly real deep,

Slowly breathing out.

Fill up more of that belly space with you.

And get nothing to change.

No way it needs to be other than the way that it is viewing reality as it is.

Thoughts are welcome,

Protectors are welcome,

Disillusionment,

Misunderstanding,

Questions,

Everything is welcome.

Your emotions are welcome.

Your lack of clarity is welcome.

And check out the group.

How does it feel when everyone is in their feminine aspect,

Deep in their bellies.

Connecting but not merging into each other.

See if you can notice the difference.

Connecting but not merging into each other.

So there's still a clear boundary of me and not me.

This is my system,

I'm checking out the energy of the group system.

It's okay if you feel like you've merged,

Just noticing.

Still here,

Haven't left yet.

You are not by yourself,

Not this time.

Check out the connection that's available here for you,

It's a resource.

Yeah we got you,

There's a lot of resource here for you,

You can lean into it.

So it's like maintaining view on the stomach,

On any parts arising,

And a little bit on the connection too.

You really are not alone this time.

That happened but it's not happening.

Yeah.

And then let's slide down to our root,

Down towards your your butt where you can find your feet or both.

Really really finding the lower half of your body,

Find your feet.

And feel as you bring awareness towards your feet,

How much charge,

How much energy you can feel in your feet.

Come to the ground and allowing for a loose exchange between you and the earth,

Your mother,

While our mother is the earth.

Actually allowing resource from the earth to come up towards you,

Usually like a green crystalline kind of light that you can look for.

Rising up through the legs.

Right in front of the spine,

About an inch in front of the spine,

There's a two-lane highway of energy moving up and down.

So just allowing for that light to travel upwards.

And at the same time you can notice that there's a white golden light above your crown chakra,

Coming down,

Charging the system,

And it's like two highways exchanging energy.

Down through the crown,

Moving down towards the root,

And up through the root coming from the earth.

Above you is more the ethereal,

Spiritual,

Angelic realms.

Rich,

Rich,

Rich,

Rich in spiritual energy.

And down below is the earth,

The grids,

Your ancestry,

Your lineage,

The memory and the energy and the wisdom of indigenous ancients.

Our planet's like a giant server of information that's been kept here.

If you've seen the movie Avatar,

When they connect to the trees and the animals,

Pretty sure that's called Sihilu,

You can connect to the earth and find that connection too.

Almost allowing roots to grow out of your feet deep into the bedrock.

Find the rocks down there,

Let your roots wrap around those rocks,

Connecting to the root system and communication network,

The mycelium.

Breaking through all the different levels of crust and fortified resources down there,

Embers,

Magma,

Core.

Living,

Breathing every atom,

Every molecule,

Its own consciousness.

How would it feel to never be alone?

To just connect to this incredible tapestry of an unlimited potential and consciousness that exists in every direction,

Inside and outside,

Everywhere we look.

There's life coming and going,

Wisdom and energy,

Potential and kinetic energy,

Multi-dimensionality,

So far beyond anything we could possibly imagine.

Realms with no time.

Realms with no space.

Our entire universes are created and destroyed in what is microseconds to us.

Photons moving at the speed of light,

Completely enamored by your consciousness.

Waiting to interact with you so you can direct them into creating the material and visual experience that you want to have,

That's in alignment with your spirit and your soul.

Well that is true in my opinion,

In my humble opinion.

And so in these final few minutes just take a moment to make like a secret pact with yourself,

Like an intention.

Or just creating more integrity around the life that you say that you want.

Maybe that's becoming more responsible with what you say to yourself,

With the words that come out of your mouth.

Maybe it's just being more mindful,

Just watching your thoughts but not making yourself wrong,

Not judging yourself.

Maybe it's creating a morning practice where you visualize.

Or you wake up into gratitude even when things are tough.

Maybe it's feeling joy in your heart and like really letting yourself experience joy,

Even when no one's looking so they can't see you smile because heaven forbid if they see your lips turn up then you won't be humble.

Maybe it's just committing to moving your body every day so that the body's more fluid and energy can move.

Maybe it's making sure you eat healthy food.

Or commit to having a little bit more patience with your family and friends,

Or with yourself.

Maybe it's stretching every day.

Or a few times a week.

Maybe it's self-care,

A massage,

Or again an IV,

Or something that makes your body feel really good.

What's the next inch for you?

What's something you can just commit to and not make yourself wrong if you don't do it?

The way for new years to make resolutions.

What really feels good for you right now?

It's not about a demand on yourself or because guys said that would be a good idea or anything like that.

Truly feel like what excites you.

Because everything else is bullshit.

There's no demand or requirement of you to do anything.

But if you really check in,

Your heart's desire,

Any of those things that I said,

Something that's like,

Ooh!

Like your heart opened,

You felt some energy move through your system.

That's it right there.

That's it.

And if you can come back to that feeling and I can feel it growing in the field now,

Like let yourself get enamored by the joy of even recognizing that there might be a desire to do that thing.

Even if you never do it,

Could you enjoy the yes and the desire that wants to do it?

Ahh.

Yeah.

I have a need.

You have a need.

I can claim that need and just feel how good it feels.

Fuck,

I have a fucking god damn need.

I hope so.

I hope so I have no oil to just eat.

How good it feels.

Fuck,

I have a fucking goddamn need.

Holy fuck,

That feels good.

And so look from that place,

From this place of your need,

And if it was already fulfilled.

Not yet to work for it or figure out some linear process or become rigid about how to do it.

You had the perfect body,

You had the money,

You had the relationship already like you have been putting that into practice for three years.

Let go of all the reasons and hows and how you're going to fit into your schedule,

Let go of all that.

Just feel as if it's already completed.

And take a moment to visualize one thing,

One practical thing that you would see or experience once that was fulfilled and let yourself really,

Like your character in your own movie,

Feel every detail of that moment.

Where are you?

Is it nighttime?

Is it daytime?

Who are you with?

Are you by yourself or people?

What season is it?

What temperature is outside?

What color is the paint on the walls?

If there are any at all.

Maybe you're outside,

Maybe you're in a hammock,

Maybe you're climbing up a mountain.

What's the smell?

Let yourself get lost.

Your awakened dream doesn't even need to make sense.

Maybe there's just gibberish coming out of your mouth and ears.

How expansive do you feel?

How connected do you feel?

Is it really that far-fetched that that thing could happen?

Maybe not even at all in the way that you thought that it would.

Maybe someone came out of the blue and just recognized your genius and gave you an opportunity.

Maybe finally that publisher clearinghouse check is coming.

Maybe you got inspired and wrote a book because you learned something along the way on that journey and now you want to share it with everybody.

Is there music playing in the background?

Are the leaves rustling around you?

Is there a stream or water nearby?

Are you even in the same house anymore?

Maybe you're in a different house,

So you don't recognize yet.

Maybe that bank account looks real fat now.

You're like,

Fuck,

How did this get so full?

Jesus.

I'm gonna work with Guy Aniline for a few more years.

How do you talk to yourself from this place?

You kinder to yourself now?

Are you kinder to other people now?

More patient?

More loving?

More compassionate?

Are you in service of other people from here?

Finally there's time for that.

That one struck a chord.

How?

Recognize our collective and your soul humanity and desire to be loved and connected and compassionate and giving.

That is the true nature of a human being regardless of what we have been taught or conditioned to believe our nature is.

Our nature is plastic and variable and underneath all this programming and all this personality and all this identity and all this survival is little boys and girls that love and desperately want to be loved.

That's it.

And that has not changed just because you got bigger and older or whatever the hell it is that we're calling age.

In this moment you can even request of your body,

Slow down the clock.

Tell yourselves you want to slow down time.

Slow down my aging process.

With every breath I breathe I'm more abundant.

With every breath I breathe I get healthier,

More connected,

More loving.

You can actually tell your body every time you breathe increase that energy.

You are the captain of your ship and the cells and atoms and photons that you are comprised of have ears for you.

They are waiting to hear what you want them to do.

You can command them with love and compassion and intention.

You can tell your body how much you want it to weigh,

How you want it to feel and they might not do all that tomorrow but you might as well get started.

So somehow someway anchor this experience for yourself.

You might want to squeeze a finger or a knuckle,

Make a sound if you need to tap somewhere.

Whatever feels good.

Yeah.

What if you woke up into every morning before the day got going you spent 10 minutes bringing yourself to this place and turning this image in your mind over and over again and then some days as you do that there might be a fight in your system because life at that moment does not represent anything that resembles that vision.

Great.

Now you know what part needs your attention because it is that unintegrated part fighting for a different reality that is trying to survive that does not even exist.

That is in the way of you growing and expanding into that experience and feeling and that experience and that feeling is what is informing the photons which inform matter how you want your reality to show up and the photons are conscious of you and your intentions and your parts.

That is not guy speaking that's quantum physics speaking.

Your energy is everything and the quality from which you source your life is everything.

When you wake up into the news about politics and covid every day you could just feel out of the system immediately starts shutting down closing protecting itself going into survival when you wake up into your intentions every day eventually you'll just be disinterested in all those things why would I plug into a matrix that makes me feel bad when I get feeling good it is your right to feel good not because your circumstances are perfect it is just your right to feel good and it's totally okay when you don't be mindful and bring awareness and loving compassionate neutral energy and awareness to it and in no time you'll see that it moves and you come back to a state that just feels neutral and good check out the space check out your heart check out your energy body does it feel open and if it feels opened notice the openness throughout the rest of the session and then if something gets said and you feel yourself collapsing forward like your energy collapsing in or your body starting to hunch forward it's a really good indicator of oh I can be mindful and just actually keep my system opened I can be an open system so take one more minute and kind of wiggle your fingers wiggle your toes when you're ready blink your eyes open
